Sky Zone Trampoline Park — Attraction in Las Cruces

Rooms are hot!!!! The birthday decor is a big banner on the wall and a few table covers. That’s it!! Do not purchase a party pkg here!!! It only includes the bare minimum two pizza’s, two pitchers and they’re clearly not worth it! Hidden charges!! Workers aren’t watching the kids and one of my party guests was discriminated against! I did not find out until the next day. The amount I paid for the party pkg I could of had tripled the amount of guests at Peter Pipers and still paid less! My honest review!!!

My daughter, son and I went here last night (11/11/23) to see how this park would be for the black light special. I was shocked how the manager and employee treated us. I ordered a large pizza at 8pm and was told would be ready in 15 minutes and to take the number to place at our table and would be brought to us ($20.00). 30 minutes passed so I went to see what happened and this guy says "oh let me get my manager because the pizza oven is off now". What?! And the manager says we can try and get your refund but will take about a few days. I wanted proof of the statement and they couldn't even do that. I am still wanting the refund and to say this place needs to work on timely manner if you are serving food and...

This was our first Sky Zone birthday party. It was fantastic, hassle free, fun, and truthfully, pretty dang affordable. (We have spent more having a backyard birthday with a jumping balloon and making our own food.)

Our host, Elijah, deserves a shout out! Took care of us and the card he made for my son was personalized. He clearly must have had a convo with my kid because the card was decorated with a football and a Fortnite character, both of which my son loves.
