Si Señor Express — Restaurant in Las Cruces

Hey Everybody! I originally, stopped at Go Burger, and they had a pretty long line, well I was in a bit of a hurry, my dog, got sick in the car, so I made the decision, to get out of line, and go to Si Senior Express, I get over there, of course they had lines as well, but they were moving rather quickly! I Ordered a Chicken Taco Plate, and a single Hamburger Patty, for my dog, well upon waiting, I pull up to the Drive Thru Window, and while waiting for my order, I started looking at their windows, at the drive thru, they were Very Dirty! Really! I started thinking, whatever happened to Place's of Business Establishments, That Took Pride, not only in there Customer Service to Patrons, but in there business as well, especially Eating Places, You could tell, when you drove into their parking lot, if the Place was going to be At Least Clean, that the Outside of the Business is a Complete Reflection on The Inside of The Building, And Maybe We would get Lucky, and their food would be fantastic as well! I say all of that to say this, I know that, good help is hard to find and keep these days, especially with the COVID-19 Spreading Everywhere, but as a Retired Retail Store Manager, You, as the Leader, Owner, Can Not, Drop You're Standards, and Have whatever Customers You Have, Devoted or Not To You're Soecific Establishments, go and Tell Other Potential Customers, You're Place, is not Worthy of Their Business! You Only Have One Opportunity To Win That Potential Repeat Customer, To not only Come Back, But Also Be A Word Of Mouth, For You and You're Business, even if You The Business Owner or Restaurant Mgr! Have to Roll up You're Sleeves and Get Busy, Cleaning Up and Cleaning Those Very Dirty Windows! PLEASE!!!! THE FOOD, WAS AS I SUSPECTED OUT OF A 1-10 Rating, I Say 2, only because, the containers the food was in Were Clean! Oh! By The Way! They Did Have A Help Wanted Sign Taped to Those Dirty Drive Thru Windows! COOK NEEDED! And Believe Me! They Definitely Do! I Won't Be Wasting My Time,At This Establishment, Again, Now We Know, Since This, Pandemic, That Alot Of Families, Are Getting To Enjoy That Family Setting,And Home Cooked Meals, Once Again! You'll, Have A Blessed Day! Put God First! And Everything Else Will Fall In...

The food is great. The service, not so much. I understand that, even though they have a drive through, this is not a fast food place. I get that you should expect to have to wait for at good 20-30 min if your gonna sit in the drive through line, especially when they're busy. This is why I always call ahead to place an order. This way, I can just park, go inside, get my food, and leave. It's not like I live around the corner. I'm not trying to spend 1½ hours just to pick up lunch. So why is it, every time I call, the first thing they do is try to convince me to just come through the drive through and not pre order? It come across like, "I don't really feel like doing my job right now... can you come in and wait around for 20min while I do my job then? " Their favorite thing to say is, "the drive through is empty right now if you wanna just come in. " NO!!! Are you new? I've worked in a drive through and I can't for the life of me figure out why you would think that an empty drive through couldn't possibly have a line wrapped around the building in 5 min. If I wanted to just come through your drive through, I wouldn't be calling you to order ahead.

This constant attitude against pre ordering makes all of the other mistakes they make feel WAY more amplified.

I hope the new location does better cuz the food...

Update 2024: The consistency of fresh home cooked Mexican meals at very reasonable prices continues!!!!!

I don't think there is a faster way to feed your family good wholesome regional food in Las Cruces.

The drive thru lines can be long sometimes, but moves very quickly.

This place is awesome!!!

The food is authentic and tastes incredible!!

And the cost is very low, compared to similar outstanding tasting options here in Las Cruces.

There seams to always be a line in the drive thru, sometimes blocking the street, and for good reason.

Very fast service, so the line moves very quickly. Giant LCD menu screens makes it easy on elderly and people with language and/or vision problems.

They have large platters that making buying a lot of food easy and very affordable.

The taste and quality are outstanding!!!!

This might be the go to place in Las Cruces for the best Mexican food drive thru. Still trying every other option around town before I claim...
