They never answer their phone for orders. Wish they would! Loosing business! Food and service used to be great but not anymore. If they couldn't handle it they should have never bought the business. Answer your damn phone and take care of your customers!! You will never be able to sell the business to someone who cares because it has been run into the ground! Such a said loss, I have had a perfect score up for years and finally had no choice but to change it in hopes of saving atleast one person from suffering the horrible treatment and experience of this place. Owners need to just close the doors. They no longer give a shit about anyone but themselves!! If they actually answered the phone and took care of customers they would have no problem affording repairs to drive thru speaker system. They have ruined a great!! Go burger was a must back in the day now it's a must not. They add tips to your card after you leave so watch out. Even after I marked 0 they did it anyway! $5 on a less than 10 dollar ticket!! They are crooks!...
Read moreFor those of us who remember the quality and attention to detail under Norma, the previous owner, Go-Burger simply isn't the same. Tortillas that are rubbery and stale versus fluffy and fresh. There's something called baking powder which when used in the right amounts does miracles for preventing a person from having to use molars to tear through the cardboard meat wrappings currently being served. Next, burrito fillings with unpeeled potatoes. This is particularly disappointing as potatoes grow in the ground and are susceptible to nematodes. Unfortunately, unless you're eating organic, the chemicals used to kill nematodes are equally toxic to humans. The current clientele might be perfectly happy with what's been haphazardly slopped together, but you also likely do not know how good it was. My suggestion is for the current owners to change the name of the business so that people with palate memory aren't disappointed, and the people who put years into the brand...
Read moreHorrible customer service. Went in to order a sopapilla plate. Was asked what I wanted in it. I asked what were my options. With an annyoned attitude the lady with blonde highlights gave me my choices of hamburger or fajita meat. I said fajita meat. She charged me before giving my total. There was a $7 dollar difference, I asked her why, she said because of the fajita meat. I asked to change my order, she yanks my card from my hand and rolls her eyes. Immediately i ask for a manger. She says to me with a laugh in her voice she'll do one better and get the owner. I explain everything what happened to the owner, she says to me that her employee would never do that and that I'm basically making it up to get free food. While the other employees in the back are laughing and speaking in Spanish "este wey gordo que se valla" Don't go here, I can't stress it enough. This was my first and final time. I have never been treated with...
