Aloha Shores Park — Attraction in Las Vegas

I coincidentally found this park while visiting the Rainbow Library. I couldn't resist the urge to notice such vegetation in Las Vegas so I needed to walk around for a little while. It's a very much kept up with park with pleasant clean washrooms, outdoor tables, and BBQ barbecues. I actually really loved this placed. It was my first time. But 5 minutes in to my children playing this women was following us taking videos/pictures. Talking to her self and smoking. I will try this place out at least 1 more time before I make a final decision.
