Clean, organized, small though....not as many books, limited. But it has great window seating and is in a nice neighborhood/location. Everything is done on the computer. Even when you go up to the counter to get help, they will send u right back to the computer. I tried to check out for the first time, this a system I wasn't used to and they were like "use the computer"....there was no step by step instructions, I got to a place where I was stuck and had to ask a customer for help because those sitting at the front just seem to be there to tell you to use the computer.
