Target — Local services in Las Vegas

DO NOT BUY TRADING CARDS AT TARGET. They have Zero quality control over trading cards. I purchased a box earlier today of Flux NBA trading cards and the packs inside of the box were damaged. I initially went to the cashiers and asked the cashier Rachel if I could get some sort of a discount because the boxes were extremely rough condition and damaged on the outside. She told me no because of them being sold from the vendors or something. So I ended up just purchasing The box that seemed to be in the best condition out of the batch. I then opened the box of cards after I got to my car not even 10 minutes later and I opened one pack, and the cards were extremely bent and damaged. I then went back in to speak with Rachel and she told me she couldn’t do anything for me because there are no returns on those products. But I showed her that I only opened up one pack and the cards were in horrible condition. She just said sorry I can’t help you. I asked to speak with the manager and that is when Melissa Came to the front. I explained the situation to her and told her that I picked out the best looking box out of all the boxes that were there But the cards still ended up being damaged. She told me that she could exchange it for the same product, but then I told her that the other boxes were in worse condition as I showed Rachel, so I Just wanted a refund and she refused to give me one. Why would I grab another box knowing that the other one was in physically worse condition than the one I originally purchased? I understand that these products are sold through a vendor or whatever the case may be but I’m purchasing them from Target. Target should be held accountable for some type of quality control. If a product is in physically bad condition and damaged, you shouldn’t be allowed to sell it on your...

Went to get into this morning. Once I got home noticed that the carriages were open when I went to put them in my printer that I purchased from Target they were empty. I noticed they had empty carriages in a seal box that bc actually was resealed. I spent two hours trying to reach Target with not one person answering from any department ,their guest services I went to give service to six times I did electronics five times and even press HR food & deli I tried everything when I got to Target I spoke with the guest services nobody seemed to want to handle it so they would see I asked him to give me their manager out came out didn't even apologize when I explained to him how all the departments will answer their phones and the manager stated that there was three cartridges left I had told him no there wasn't when he called electronics the lady didn't even take time to really look she just said no we don't have any the manager didn't take the time to go to the back of the store to see for sure if they didn't have any I did ask if he could please call another Target to see if they had it they didn't have any so to Midas please I've lost a day of work for an item that I really needed and I will no longer be a Target customer canceling my credit card as well with you people worst customer service worst experience I would never recommend anybody to...

Only giving 4 stars because of 2 things. The first thing is, the store itself is pretty pricey. For some reason I feel like target has its own taxes or something. The second thing is that the outside parking lot area was CRAZY dirty. Even McDonald's makes the employees go outside and clean up things as simple as cigarette butts, but this was like cups and napkins and all kinds of trash. Other than that, the store is nice. It's clean. They have one of those TVs with a system and controllers hooked up so that you can go and play video games. So we stopped by that for a while. We played Mario kart deluxe it was pretty fun. Highly recommend that game. Totally would have bought it if we had enough money for the system. Overall, the store is big. Was disappointed in the small amount of kids toys. We originally went because my son had a few gift cards he wanted to use from his birthday and christmas. Lots of options for other stuff though.
