This is a baseball park primarily sponsored by the little league. Adult softball leagues also reserve playtime. It is one of the parks built into the flood reservoir system.
As part of the Neon to Nature program the Lone Mountain Trail passes through the park.
They have a very large parking lot to accommodate events such as the playoffs. There are multiple restrooms available and concession stands that operate on extremely limited basis.
There is a playground area, two picnic areas, a skatepark and a BMX park attached to each other by a long rail trail.

Heads up: allow for extra time if you’re playing or watching a softball game here and haven’t been before. There are LOTS of fields at this site and a large parking lot. Find your field and then park, unless you want to walk from one side of the parking lot, to the complete other side of the fields (I say this from experience).

Read moreNoice, this park is kind of a whole in the wall. Mostly due to the other nice parks nearby getting all of the attention. Most of the time when I go here the place is empty. The skatepark is the only area that sees a lot of action. Speaking of which it is pretty average, but disconnected from the main skatepark is a deep bowl for more experienced skaters. It is pretty cool that so much effort went into this project, I wish I could give it some business as I never see...
