I went to this location to have my tire repaired. It was on a Sunday that I went there. I made an appointment for Saturday. I was notified that they couldnât do it because they over rescheduled, but they assured me that if you come in at 10 oâclock Sunday, we will have it taken care of for you. I was like OK fine this was my first time going to this establishment and it will be my last. I got there at 9:50 AM. My car wasnât even checked out till at least 1045 10:50 AM and then by 11 oâclock I was told youâre going to need a new tire. I told the guy no never mind. I donât have the time I have an appointment I need to get He said I can get you in and out in 20 to 30 minutes. Iâm like fine letâs do it. I went ahead and had a tire replaced on the vehicle. The price was fair for a tire. So approximately 11:25 AM I was told come up and pay your vehicles done I went and paid. I asked for the keys. He said oh they have to bring out the vehicle. The keys will be right there when you go out the door. I went out no vehicle 20 minutes later my vehicle comes out. I donât really pay attention to anything I leave to get to my appointment then I come home and I noticed that a hubcaps missing I went in with four hubcaps. I left with either four or I left the three because someone did not install one or they installed I did not do it correctly or they broke it and it flew I called the business after going through automated hell to get to a live person at the location and I was told come on down will locate your hubcap I I show up the service advisor is pretty friendly. He comes out and says well. My guy said you came in without a hubcap. Iâm gonna check the video cameras and make sure that there was one on there. I said no I came in with four I had to lay into him and he did offer to replace my hubcap and he did but I would never use this place. If the text are incompetent on putting on hubcaps. How can we trust them to repair a vehicle? I would suggest if you get your vehicle service here for an oil change, it would be like taking your vehicle to Walmart. You better hope that they know what theyâre doing and theyâre going to stand behind the work that they do I didnât get the hubcap replaced. They did put it on, but I will never use this establishment again. I wouldnât trust you to put windshield washer fluid in my vehicle Number one. You make a customer wait almost an hour for a simple tire inspection number two you either forget to put the hub cap on or you donât put it on correctly because it took you 20 minutes after paying for you to get the vehicle out to me number three you instantly accuse me with a tone that sounds like you donât believe what Iâm saying I could care less about the cost of the hubcap. I could buy 10 of those and it wouldnât phase me. Itâs the fact of how you guys handle the situation if I could give you zero stars if I could give you negative I would, but I am definitely going to make sure that everyone I speak to her work with knows do not use this company maybe other establishments owned by this company is good but definitely not this location. You need to hire more...

I would not recommend going to this mechanic if you value your time. I have never been to a more sketchy place. I gave them the benefit of the doubt too many times in a short period of time.
It all started when I brought my car in for a transmission flush. After waiting for hours, they told me they didn't have time to do it. However, they made it up to me by providing the service for free. When I picked up my car later that evening, it was running terribly, so I had to leave it overnight.
The mechanic had failed to reconnect a vacuum hose, which caused the car to throw multiple engine misfire codes that were never cleared out. As a result, I ended up having to do an unnecessary tune-up myself at a later date.
After this issue was fixed, I picked up my car, and the coolant light was on. I brought it up to the mechanic, who told me it was just low and would go off on its own soon. However, the light didn't go off, and my car was showing symptoms of a broken thermostat, which was later confirmed that it wasn't. It was showing those symptoms to protect itself. Further diagnosing revealed that the wiring to the coolant reservoir was disconnected, which I brought up to management. Their response was that sometimes wiring just comes loose on its own and it's a good time I did a tune-up and switched out the thermostat, as I would have eventually needed to. They offered me a free oil change to make up for the inconvenience.
Months later, I went for the free oil change, but thee manager on site told me he could not honor it because the manager who had offered it was not there. To me, this was a sign that a higher power to pay for my oil change at a different shop. It's no telling what issues I would have leaving.
Wiring doesn't just come loose on its own after years. If the clip wasn't secured properly, the light would have remained on before bringing the car to the shop. The timing of the issue doesn't help their case. The car was functioning fine before they fixed a hose that they had forgotten to reconnect. I'm sorry, but I find it hard to believe that a wire disconnected because it wasn't secure. It literally slides right off if it is not clicked in.
Not to mention the first time I came in, I gave them a laundry list of everything I wanted done. I had to repeat this list multiple times and most of the issues I mentioned wasn't touched.
This was overall an very frustrating experience. I would have love to go back in for my free oil change but I just got a heavy feeling that I...
