Eyeglass World — Attraction in Las Vegas

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in any doctors appointment granite she’s not a real doctor in that way, but she didn’t listen to one word I said. I went in there with a great attitude was joking with the receptionist. We all laughed and had a good time and then this doctor lady came and got me and proceeded to do an exam that I thought was ridiculous. She kept having me try to read a chart that I couldn’t read and insisting I tell her what it said. I couldn’t see the church I said I can’t see I can’t see it it’s blurry. We’ll just try just try so I just made up letters and then she did again and I just made it more letters because I couldn’t see it was my intention to take this exam and do it properly , but she never once showed me a screen I could read, so how would she ever know what my prescription should be if I couldn’t read any chart. I’ve worn prescription glasses for 15 years which means at least eight exams, and this by far was not only the least productive, but it was a joke . The worst part was she wanted me to get daily I have had dailies and do not want them. I have 10 pairs of dailies for each eye. I do not want more dailies. I wanted monthly contacts I was very clear about exactly what I wanted. She insisted well I’m gonna give you these dailies to try and then come back in a week , she said to me and my response was no I do not want dailies she said well we’ll just have you try these dailies and then come back in a week and then will give you your prescription. Will they not clear I do not want dailies I want monthlies she wouldn’t let it go And I wasn’t giving in so I decided I could either continue to take of her time and just sit there. Obstinate until she gave me what I wanted. I still have no idea why this woman was pushing these dailies on me when I was very clear, I didn’t want them. She wouldn’t let it go , they wouldn’t give me a prescription so I’m writing this review to say don’t go there. It was a horrible experience they won’t give you a prescription on the spot they’ll make you come back and that’s not what an eye exam is supposed to be you’re supposed to walk out of there with a prescription just because I didn’t like her suggestion and it wasn’t the prescription strength. I was concerned about it was that she wanted me to have dailies and I don’t wear my contacts dailies and I have had them and don’t like them. They’re too thin . Please do not go here it’s...

would no stars if I could . went to eyeglass world approximately six weeks ago . went thru the exam and ordered contacts . after two weeks went back to pick up my contacts , after no one called me , and when I arrived I was told everyone was out to lunch . came back after another two weeks , which again , no one had called me , and was told that no one had ordered my contacts . so they gave me a pair of contacts , which I didn't have to see a doctor . again came back in two weeks to pick them up . was told by the girl at the counter that had to wait to see the doctor before she would give them to me however the doctor had just gone to lunch . I told her I didn't have time to wait an hour for him to return and to just give me my contacts cause I am not returning a fourth time and she still refused . I then told her to just refund my money for the contacts and she stated she would have to get approval from her manager . are you kidding me ??? so she attempted to contact her manager by phone who , and go figure , was out to lunch and would call me . as of today I haven't received a phone call . save yourself time and gas and go to a reputable eye glass company that can render services that you paid for in a timely manner and a company that seems to have more staff that aren't always...

BAD EXPERIENCE......UGLY ONE.....I am from Mexico and I wanted to buy glasses......I needed to pay the prescription because I am from Mexico and I couldnt get my glasses without prescription....$ 68 us dollars. The day before I was told than I could get my glasses in 2 days. When I gave the prescription I wast told that it will take 10 days to get them....I was on vacation for a week and I couldnot wait that long.....I ask if It could send them to Mexico and I will pay the shipping......The girl who was attending me told me that the experience to Mexico was bad and never had reached any glasses sent to Mexico......I told that I have a good experience shipping many things from China and never, ever I had a problem.....but anyway I wanted to pay DHL or Ups International fees....The girl said....My corporate not allow us to send glasses that way.....I got mad and told my wife....first and last coming here....and the girl started insulting me, that why I said that was corporate issue that it was my problem, etc, etc....so my conclusion...I WILL NEVER BUY HERE.....THEY DONT CARE ABOUT INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER......MEXICAN, COLOMBIAN, AND ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER BUY ANOTHER...
