Paradise Boutique — Attraction in Las Vegas

Ok so this review is way overdue. I can't thank Paradise Boutique for saving my girls Quinceanera and Sweet 16. Their party was October 19th,2024. I originally ordered their dresses from a place called Alondra's Boutique on 1310 E Lakemead. Yes I am most definitely dropping her name and place because I don't want anyone to go through the experience we went through. She lied to us, about so many things but the most important was that when we received one of the dresses it looked nothing like the dress we ordered. She didn't order from the designer in the catalog we had picked them but rather send pictures to someone to make them as similar to them as they could. Needless to say we never received the second dress. We placed the order on Feb of 2024. September came along and still no dresses. She ended up giving me my $ back only a month before the party per my request as I had enough. My girls were crying and were extremely upset that the one dress we did receive looked nothing like the dress we ordered and the other that she never received her dress. That is when we started looking at all the other places and no one could get us a dress in time. I then googled and found Paradise Boutique 15 minutes from my house. I called her and it was close to her closing time, however she offered to stay and wait for us. So we rushed over there . The professionalism from the moment we walked in was incredible. The store was clean, spotless and so organized. Her team was so kind and genuine. I explained the predicament we were in and she reassured me she would do everything she can to make sure the girls get their dresses. She was so attentive to detail when the girls were telling her what they wanted. She immediately went to pick some dresses for them to try on. To my surprise the first dresses she picked for my girls were perfect! They felt that magical "WOW" feeling an they both said Mom these are it. I was so relieved. That one: She had dresses in stock that they absolutely fell in love with. and two: That she immediately reassured me the seamstress would make the adjustments needed in time for their party. One of my daughters wanted a bow added to her dress and the other wanted hanging shoulder sleeves rather than the long sleeves the dress came with. When I tell you the entire process was magical and seamless; it was perfection and what I was looking for my girls to experience. I can't thank the owner, her mom, her staff enough for making this day everything we hoped for. This is 100% the kind of experience everyone should strive for. I will always recommend them over...

When I picked up my daughters dress, the owner had to be present, well she forgot and wasn't there the day I picked up dress, and I seen lots of threads and bow was just placed with safety pins the dress seemed dirty with lots of hair..very upsetting, I did mention the the girl who was present, but no word she just kinda ignored it. She had another family there. So I just took it since I paid for it, and the girl seemed a bit rude..now I will need to take to the cleaners before the event, so more...

Mayra’s has great communication. She is very Intentive, sweet,kind and welcomes you like family. Planning a Quinceanera is extremely stressful however she has made this whole process much smoother. I purchased her dress and Ramos there. The dresses are beautiful and reasonable. the boutique is amazing and clean. The other staff members are very kind. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND visiting this boutique 1st rather then the swap meet and pay for less quality. I give a 5 star and good pricing...
