Essex/West Charleston Lions Park — Attraction in Las Vegas

Fantastic park when the city decides they want to pay for upkeep. I gave it three stars because it can range from 1 to 4. Decent parking, like walking around it on the track with my dog. Well lit into the evening and traffic around usually goes slow. The city could improve on the cleaning but patrons could also make an effort not to litter as much.
