DO NOT ORDER! I placed an order over a week ago and it was never delivered because Pizza Hut uses DoorDash and the delivery person never showed up. It has been impossible to get in touch with anyone for a refund. I have gone to the store, called multiple times, contacted corporate support and still not a single manager has reached out. I've had to start a chargeback with my bank because no one responds. Its also nearly impossible to get in touch with someone over the phone, calling the number sends you to a call center that you have to ask to be directed to the store and then the phone just rings and rings. The last time I decided to stay on the line and drive to the store and when I got there I could actually hear the phone ringing and the employees were just ignoring it. It is not that they are busy, it is that they have apparently been trained or have learned to just tune out the phone. Currently on a minute 15 of a call waiting for someone to answer.

Read moreOrdered at 830. Was staying at Fiesta. The driver called and said he was walking in. I go down. No one is there. When I call, the employee at the store just kept telling me I have to go to the valet (all the way around the building; refused to come the hotel area that I was actually in even tho the driver originally said he was walking in) I walk to the valet, no pizza. I call and call and call she then tells me the driver gave my order to the wrong person so they have to remake it. They still refused to deliver to were I was actually located even though it says they deliver there so I had them deliver to a near by business. I paid for the pizza with my card on their website. The driver insisted it was cash. I try to get through to the store for like 20 minutes as the driver holds my order hostage. Never connected with the store so I just wrote down my card info for him to charge me at the store. Finally got my pizza at 11:30pm. I ordered online at 9:30 pm, at 10:40 pm I called to check on my order and it didn't go through due to inputting my card number wrong, the nice lady on the phone took care of it and said they would send someone out with my order asap. At 11:20 I check my phone and notice I have a missed call at 11:16, I was out in the back yard with my family so I didn't even hear the door ring. The woman on the phone answered very rudely and asked me if I was "going to open the door or what?" She said she was just down the street and would turn around. I literally sat and waited next to the door and no one ever came back. When I called the office to just cancel and get a refund, a different rude lady answered saying the driver was banging on my door for a while and I wasn't home.
