I have put hundreds of reviews with today over 34 million reviews of my reviews but this one is my favorite because this one I'm putting on my Local and personal page. This review after everything else is about the place and owner that impressed me the most. I totally 100% recommend the Computer and Phone store in Lauderhill on University Drive and at 5448 N. University Drive just south of Commercial Blvd for anyone that is looking for the best personal service and accuracy with what is so personal and important to each of us these days. When my Pixel Phone needed a battery I decided to look for another phone by myself without everyone with me telling me what I need and after a couple of stores that didn't quite work out I wondered if it's possible to put in a new battery for my phone....searched the internet and not a lot of stores seemed to be able to fix my phone and WHOOP ! This one was pretty close not to mention what I know now, I would've drove to go here if it weren't close. I went in and the place was very clean, comfortable and had plenty of equipment and gadgets if that's what you're looking for but my review is about the personal service and more concerning my item. The owner is Courtney and his working partner Prince and Courtney wasn't happy with the first battery we ordered at a GREAT PRICE ( Including the service ) so he reordered and fixed my phone but not just that...what was so impressive was I asked about doing something to my phone and he wouldn't hand me back my phone until he 100 % finished fixing and installing and finding what I was looking for as if it was a big contest to complete a competition between him and the system and the phone and internet and he make me a customer for life as well as earning my trust with any component I might have in this technology age....I'm a senior citizen and I am very cognizant to everything around me more than anyone and this is the place for anyone that is looking to fix or service an item. Photos are included. I didn't dig deep but it appears as if there are many other phones and laptops and more that are for sale at various prices. Parking and driving there are also a benefit and are easily accessible and if you need to have a place to go for any item or in our world a computer EMERGENCY stop in at this store and Don't Worry, BECOME Happy...

I was pleased with the service I got for my iPhone 13 pro max, but now reading the review of how they're prices are $59 on Ebay, I actually found the listing and its 100% legit and they charged me $90 in person I kinda feel like I was misled. Dont get me wrong the repair was good, but charging me $30 more cause I didnt use Ebay doesn't sit with me the right way. I was just about to come back to fix my daughters back glass but I think I will look for a different shop. You guys need to do better, i to also can relate to the person that picks up the phone was a little rude when I first called to get my device serviced. Doesn't make any sense in a business stand point to charge your in person customers more then you charge your online customers. And now that they've been called out I wonder if they will honor that price going forward. The owner should feel ashamed, I just was looking up the shop to go there tomorrow and just so happened to see that review and couldn't believe...
