The kid's play area was probably the best part of the building. Little ones seemed to have a lot of fun, and it didn't cost much for entry - Easy for people to come here daily with their child and some friends. Aside from that, like I've seen some others commented, the arcade end needs a little work and there isn't too much of a highlight area I'd experienced otherwise, except maybe Laser Tag (I didn't go in, but it looked interesting). Some machines are down for the count. Some are minorly cracked. Some easily jam up. Some don't have working lights or scoreboards. It's a shame because I do understand that this is a small community business, but these things happen eventually, and it can be gradually reversed with a little TLC... and a screwdriver. I've seen much larger arcades build themselves bigger and better with steady effort and support, so I can only hope the same will eventually happen here.
Don't bother with the token/slot machine games too much though - I will admit, I probably read everything wrong, but the games don't always count your winnings regardless of of how you play. I personally scanned my card in-between every coin insertion, trying to ensure that the machine knew I was still playing (and trying to follow proper directions). My family had done the same previously. There were multiple points where coins fell, and nothing loaded. $15 gone for a return of 24 tickets, when it should've been a higher count based on the amount I'd gotten to drop. The workers were nice overall with everything, but feigned ignorance and claimed those machines were fully functional and operating as intended. So, Gamblers beware - You'd be better off spending $10 at the counter to purchase 1,000 tickets, or opting for 14 rounds of Skeeball instead. It's a funner experience when you go for the machines that last longer!
It was nostalgic and earnestly reminded me of an old school Chuck E. Cheese; enjoy the simpler things, and tread with caution at all times when it comes to what you spend and...
Read moreHad our daughter's birthday party there. There was only one person working in the entire place so we had to constantly wait like 20+ minutes to ask or do the laser tag or anything. The one game they liked playing the most (considering a lot were out of order) had a note on it that it ripped you off two tickets every time and then it ran out of tickets halfway through them getting their tickets they won and I had to wait 20 minutes just to let the worker know and she said she would fix it and then about another 20 minutes later she said about doing something else and I had to remind her again about them being shorted a bunch of tickets. Especially when there is a birthday party going on there should definitely be more than one worker working. My daughter didn't get to use her extra tickets we paid for before we left and we accidentally turned in the card with them on it because we didn't understand how it worked because the only worker was so busy we didn't get much info on anything and I contacted them about coming in the very next day so she could use her tickets and they didn't respond to me whatsoever. And then the one worker that was working clearly had her friends there the entire time so most of the time we spent waiting for her to finish talking to her friends to even help us out with anything. The pizza is not very good either. It was very...
Read moreI have 4 kids, ages ranging from 3 to 9. They all had a blast coming here as there was something to do for everyone. I've been to many arcades from many different states and this is by far the best clean kept arcade I've ever been to. It even smells nice. There's a fabulous back room for mini golf that features a pirate black light set up. And they have Lazer tag as well. Unfortunately we didn't get to play Lazer tag because the computer was down but I won't hold it against them as we were compensated for our loss. There were a few games that were out of order but they still had many available. We aren't super great ticket getters but the 5 ticket candies were a hit still for the kiddos. We ordered the chicken bacon ranch pizza, along with other sides- everything came out fabulous! I'd have really liked to give this place a 5 star review but there was only one worker available. No fault of her own. She was amazing! But it would've been nice to see another worker to help her as she had to run the front counter, cook the food, cash in tickets, and set people up for mini golf. It's a bit much for one person alone as it means extra wait time for food, standing in line, and waiting around to cash in tickets. Nonetheless, we for sure will come back and also recommend this place to our family...
