Burger King — Restaurant in Lawrence Township

Our drive thru order was short a sandwich! I went back to get the sandwich because my wife was very irate because this isn't the first time this has happened and it just so happened it was her sandwich they left out. I asked to talk to the manager because I didn't have receipt, the wife couldn't find it with the change or in the to go bags. I explained my wife had went thru the drive thru about half an hour ago and our order was wrong. She says oh crystal I reply no, apparently not the only wrong order in the last half hour. I said we were shorted a crispy chicken junior sandwich yep a 99 cent sandwich plain to boot. I also told her I was doing her a favor by coming because my wife was very upset. Im not exactly sure what her response truly was because the smirked smuggy smile negated any response she did give. I explained that is certainly not facial expression I would use in future interactions. I explained I realize its a cheap sandwich and not a big deal to her but that it's not the first time and it didn't help that it was my wife's sandwich they left out and if she would of been there and saw that response she would of really thrown a fit. She proceeds to walk away and i said I wanted to place another order. She told a prep cook to make a crispy chicken junior as she turn back to me i reminded her it was to be plain which she relayed to the cook and took my order gave me my change and disappeared to the back. I watched the sandwich being made and put up to be bagged shortly after the girl putting orders together had to call the manager to the front to ask about why the sandwich was there but not on the computer order board she had asked the cook already he all he knew was the manager had told him to make it.. Ordered food from this place tonight. Wasn't what I ordered. Got 2 orders. Neither one of them were correct. I ordered 2 rodeo cheese burgers, 2 drinks and 2 orders of fries. The second order was 3 whoppers, 3 cheese burgers, 3 orders of fries. Got home with 1 order of fries for that order. Tried to call the store back and no one answers the phone. I rated it a 1 because it wouldn't let me post otherwise. I also asked to speak to a manager before leaving the store because the young man in the window didn't know what he was doing. Will not be coming back to this establishment anytime soon. Seems like they all need to be retrained to do the job. Because the managers that was there didnt even to seem to know what they were doing either. Called back up there. Finally got them to answer the phone. The manager that answer was very rude to me. I addressed the issue. She told me that she was offering to fix the issue. Was very rude about it....

So walk in and 3 young girls are standing at the register just talking. Well after about 5 minutes of me standing in front of them one looks at me and is like are you waiting on someone or waiting to order??? Seriously why else would I walk in from outside with 2 children and walk up to the counter???? I place my order proceeded into the kids area where my 2 children were playing while I wait for their food. After sitting down for 5 minutes I was told I had to leave the kids area because they close it at 7 for cleaning. I only picked burger king so my kids could play and they got a whole 5 minutes of play time because this establishment which doesn't close until 10pm needs 3 hours to clean the play area???? Not impressed with tonight's...
