My wife and I purchased a mattress working with Mitchell last weekend. He said he would call on Tuesday to confirm the delivery time, and that the delivery would happen between Wed-Thurs, but "most likely on Wednesday". I never got the call and when we called today on Wednesday, Nick answered and said it would be delivered a week later. This was not communicated, we did not get told that it could be delayed, we were GUARANTEED a delivery date. They failed to call us to even tell us, we had to call ourselves to get this information. If there is a possibility of delay, that MUST be communicated to customers, you cannot just change plans without notice. There was NO notice. We threw out our mattress in preparation for this, so now we are either sleeping on the couch and floor for a week or going somewhere else with our money. This is unacceptable and I am still waiting to speak with Mitchell to understand why he lied to us. We are not happy and most likely cancelling the order, which they did in fact guarantee in store that we could get full refund if we cancel before the delivery. Since delivery is delayed a week, that should not be an issue if they will not be meeting their delivery guarantee. I will update this review if something changes or if we have further issues to beware future shoppers. There is a Mattress Factory next door that may be a better option for you, or another shop up...
Read moreWe picked out a mattress in the store partly because they guarantee you can replace it if you don't like it after sleeping on it for awhile. A few days later they delivered a totally different mattress. We realized the mistake immediately and told the delivery guy, who said he couldn't take it back, but that the store would fix it if we called them. We contacted Louise at Mattress Warehouse who strung us along for weeks, saying she would resolve it in a few days, needed to make another call, etc. etc. She is now claiming we ordered that mattress in the first place, so if we ask them to send the correct one we picked out, it counts as our "replacement" -- meaning we don't get any guarantee of being able to return the mattress once the correct one arrives. So now we have a mattress we don't want and didn't order, and we're out $1000. These people are totally dishonest -- stay away! (Update: after posting this review and contacting the Better Business Bureau, Mattress Warehouse did replace the mattress with the one we ordered. I still think a one-star review is fair since it took over a month of sleeping on a mattress we hated and going back and forth with these people every few days for them to...
Read moreI worked with Mitchell, absolute wonderful guy. He was super knowledgeable on all of the different brands. He tailored the experience to my specific needs and budget. I was looking for something with memory foam but did not want to break the bank. I loved how he was able to explain things like coil count lol. The customer service was truly top tier. He gave us an amazing deal on a queen mattress and two pillows and a knee pillow. But even with the deal we wanted to thorough and not just go for the first deal that we came across so we told him that we would check out the store close by and he was completely cool about it. And of course no one provided us with as great of a deal and as much kindness more importantly than Mitchell. Even down to coordinating the delivery of my mattress and following up with me via phone call to make sure that I understood the delivery details.
