DO NOT TRY TO CHECK IN EARLY IF YOU BOOK AHEAD!! I stayed in an even more questionable place just last night and they even allowed me to check in early obviously for an extra charge, but it was still available. I don't have a car and am traveling here for work and used lyft to get me here they made me wait outside in 90° weather for 2 hours before I can check-in. Now I understand why they haven't won an award since 2014!

UPDATE: so surprisingly enough they were nice enough to accommodate me early by about a half hour but I'm not going to complain they did something and it is much appreciated.

Also I will say that from the looks of the outside I was not at all expecting how nice the rooms are on the inside they are very much updated have ample drawers and lighting and updated technology and very modern fancy like sinks there are safes inside the room although I cannot speak for the other rooms my safe does not seem to work properly so I wouldn't count on the working I would always bring your own backup if necessary The maid service is way better than you would expect although the envelope that she left for her tips is a little we'll call it dated so I'm going to give her a new one I believe they use them over and over and over in the same rooms so we're going to give her a tip and a new envelope because she folded the ends of my toilet paper roll, which I don't expect anywhere let alone a two to three star hotel this hotel really needs to keep her or them I don't know how many maids work here so five stars in kudos to the maids that work at...

This is a nice room for extended stay. Nicely appointed(for the price) and recently renovated. Staff is helpful and friendly. I would recommend the king non-smoking. I reserved this through Priceline and was given a queen smoking room instead. One trip down to the lobby and management switched me to the king size.||||The room is nice, but appears a bit larger in the online pictures than it actually is. Perhaps the pictures were shot with a wide angle lens? The rooms are about the size of standard red roof hotel room.||||Kitchenette is high quality although it lacks utensils etc. like some extended stay hotels carry.||||Wifi works but not ideal for zoom/teams meetings. This hotel has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. We booked a non-smoking room. When we arrived it smelled very badly of smoke. I talked with the front desk agent and they said that they were fully booked so they could not switch us to a different room and therefor offered to give us a full refund. We opted for the full refund. After not receiving the refund, I repeatedly contacted the hotel for it and they refused to issue the refund that they promised. We were there for about 5 minutes and immediately checked out.
