I just left Comanche Nation Casino. I am in there all the time. Well today I got pretty upset. I was walking around like I always do. I had $300 to play. I played a little here and a little there. I was walking by this machine and I seen some ones phone on it. I went to pick it up to turn it in to security and this man came around from the other side. Started telling at me. I told him I wasn't trying to steal his phone I was going to give it to security. I told him to quit yelling at me. I said next time I will leave it alone and let someone steal it and walked off. I was walking by security by the front door and told him what happened. I had a feeling that guy was going to say I tried to steal it. I was right. I was sitting behind one of my friends that I was with. Here comes security hoovering around me and calling the machine I was sitting at over the radio. I sat there for a few minutes and got up went to the front and two more followed me. I did nothing wrong for them to be harassing me like that. This is not the first time this has happened. I go to other casinos and nothing ever happens like that. Why does it only happen at Comanche Nation? I have even seen BIA going around the parking lot and using their flashlights looking in people's cares. I have seen them searching people's cars. Why does this only happen at Comanche casino? I am there with friends to enjoy myself. How can I do that when I am being harassed like that. I am not the only one that this happens to. I don't think it's right and I don't think it's fair to be singled out like that. I was going to come back up there tonight when my check falls in my account but after this I think I am going to go somewhere else where I don't have to look behind me worrying about if I am going to be accused of doing something wrong and be watched and followed just because I was trying to help someone out and not let their...
Read moreHonestly in visiting over 30 casinos across 30 states in my travels, this was by far the worst experience at any casino. I went in half a dozen nights, and every single night was a problem between kiosks not working, machine bill accepters not working, false advertising even after being told a week prior of the issue, promotions not showing up, drawings not being done, and more. After a handful of times to the players club where I was treated as though "that's just the way it is", I filed a written complaint. That complaint was met with the additude of "well you must be the problem". Even after stating cold hard fact about what was going on in the casino I was told "well I am sorry that is how YOU feel". It took over a week to even get a response to my complaint, and only after going in 3 more times to check on it and leave my info with various floor managers. In the end, their idea of a "resolution" was to tell me I could be happy that I EARNED an upgrade to the next tier based on how much I had spent in the casino. In the end I wasted hours of my time dealing with this business and its management only to leave feeling insulted and worthless to them. This casino does not care for its players, nor will it honor its word, nor lift a finger unless forced to contact you back, let alone make anything right. On the plus side, they do brew tasty beer. I doubt I will ever step foot in a comanche casino again, just...
Read moreI do not gamble. My 98-year-old father-in-law and 93-year-old mother-in-law wanted to go, so my wife and I took them. He and his wife used to often go to various casinos in MS where they formerly lived. They would travel to Las Vegas and other gambling spots. This was their second or third trip to this casino and they remain very disappointed. They say the slots do not pay off as well as all the other places they would go to.
I have often found Oklahoma is a state that, in my opinion, seems to put the wealthy in business and political benefits first above the citizens. I do not doubt the slots at Commanche are set in accord with the law and they need profit to stay in business, which I believe is proper. However, if they let people win more often, they would be able to stay and play longer to feel they got their money's worth before it took all their money, so they are contented they had a good time playing. Most people know the house will win and a few people might win some big prizes, but at least set the machine where they can play longer. To me, it looks like people going to the movies, paying for the show only to watch a show that lasts 15 minutes. I watch people and their money goes so fast; no one...
