I needed a walker with wheels and a seat a bariatric walker my son went in there and they gave him the wrong walker while they had to pay $20 after my insurance paid so I called them and told them it was the wrong walker they said they could take it back if it wasn’t used I said it’s not used I just got it they told my son they put the $20 back on his credit card a couple weeks later I get a letter I’ve got $20 credit there I don’t use that medical supply place because they never have what I need they should have put that money back on his card like they told him they did it’s wrong and it’s deceitful because he kept watching for his card and then I get a letter I have $20 credit . Ex-Wife had foot surgery May 2016, and required a walker where you can’t use your leg, ok no.problem. Went to Lawton Mediquip and rented one, no problem and used my Debit Card for the $109.00 charge, used the walker for the month, and turned it in, no problem. A few months go by and I get a letter stating I owed the $109.00, flabbergasted I called them and they said they would check into it, couple months go by and another letter, that I still owe, and now there is a past due charge. I go to my bank and get a print-out of my debit which says it cleared my bank on May 04, 2016. I take it down to Lawton Mediquip, rather upset they said ok, we will fit our books. My wife came here under her Doctor's recommendation for a CPAP machine. That was a mistake. The lady took her prescription and then sat on it wanting a copy of her sleep study instead of calling her. After almost 2 months we got curious and called to find out what was status only to be told by the staff they wanted a copy of the sleep study. Upon seeing the study they told my wife she did not qualify even though she has a prescription from her Dr. They were too lazy or too incompetent to even check with the insurance company as my wife already had preauthorization and even if insurance didn't cover it we could have paid cash. To add insult, when my wife asked for her prescription and paperwork back the staff refused.
