Where to start I had to give a star so howâs about the staff? Thereâs a shift manager, named Brittany, whoâs name has appeared in several reviews, all with the same complaints. Brittany is outrageously rude and disrespectful to customers and fellow employees. She is definitely the ringleader and instigator of the catty behavior and unprofessionalism among the ranks. Brittany wears an apron advertising her military spouse status and yet conducts herself in a manner unbecoming a proud military spouse. She doesnât care or understand how her behavior can be a problem for her spouse too. Proud military spouses understand they are also responsible for their behavior and proper representation of their branch.I know for certain that Iâve personally lodged many complaints with the store manager josh, and assistant manager a little girl named Jen. About Brittanyâs unprofessional behavior and consistent rudeness many times and still never have a pleasant experience when dealing with her shift. I decided itâs better to contact corporate with supporting evidence, in order to get something done. There are a few new girls there now and Brittanyâs negative attitude and behavior has already infected several of them. With the exception of the wonderful girl with the sweet voice of an angel, who was running drive through on 6/3/18 @ 1pm and the tiny retired doctor, with beautiful smile and demeanor (sheâs adorable),who works most early mornings & inside counter on 6/1/18 @ 11am. The majority of the baristas under her management, are consistently rude, disrespectful and unfriendly to customers and each other, maybe thatâs why they are always hiring? The store is a disaster most days, employees running around frantically throwing drinks together and putting more effort into âHating onâ each other and customers Gaul to want coffee than cleaning up or expediting orders in a timely manner. You donât need to have worked in the food service industry to recognize the many problems with management or employees at this store. They are understaffed, under trained, morale is non-existent and thereâs no one taking control of the situation or coaching these women when they are so grossly unprofessional.Thereâs no other full-sized, free-standing Starbucks in this town a fact reflected in the quality of product and service. They created an environment that is the opposite of friendly and relaxed, more uptight and tense.I really hope the angel and Doc donât decide to move on to something more worthy or go back to retired life, before I move to my next duty station. Wouldnât blame them for walking out in the middle of rush hour either. I think I said enough even though thereâs still much to be said. Fix the drive through disaster itâs a public safety issue and a traffic nuisance to the people of the...
Read moreThis is the ABSOLUTE WORST Starbucks that Iâve ever been to in my entire life for customer service. And I say that as a person who loves Starbucks and lived in the Seattle area where the original Starbucks was born. We have a large family and we placed a mobile order while on the road & very close to the store. At the ordering kiosk we were immediately hijacked with a complaint from the barista about the size of our order. We have seven people in our family and we ordered two muffins, two chocolate croissants, two impossible sandwiches and banana bread. We also ordered 5 milks and 2 coffees. So yes, a large order. When we went through the barista at the drive-through told us that the order was too recently placed and too large and said that they may not have it ready by time we got to the window. So silently we assumed that because there were several cars in front of us by the time we reached the window they would be able to get the order together or ask us to pull forward. Then out of nowhere the manager got on the mic and told us that the order was too large and lectured us that we shouldnât expect it to be ready by the time we get to the drive-through. He also told us that ordering from the app doesnât put us ahead of anyone. My husband calmly asked that if we placed the same order at the window would it not be ready just like everyone elseâs order? To that he basically responded that we donât get any special treatment, which we werenât asking for. We just wanted our food. Then he insisted that we âjust come in.â The reason why we decided to place this large order in the first place was because Starbucks was offering 60 bonus stars for ordering over $20. At that point in time my husband went in and heard the manager in the open & behind the counter disrespectfully discussing our order with other staff loudly enough that he could hear as he entered. My husband decided that they were so rude we would just cancel the order. The manager became increasingly irritated and disrespectful and told us to âgo aheadâ We donât know if our $50+ order will be canceled or not because he refused to give any other response or forward motion for the return. My husband left without ever raising his voice or...
Read moreWhat can I say about this Starbucks... except NO. No one who works there seems to actually enjoy their job which, considering there's a massive population here looking for jobs, makes me sick. If you don't want to work there, don't want to do your job, and can't even "fake it til you make it", then quit. Even if they can't find someone else it won't really matter.
Point 2. SLOWEST SERVICE EVER. I have been to stabucks literally all over the world and this is by far the slowest one. I've spent 25 minutes sitting in the drive thru, only to be told they're out of SOMETHING. One day it was venti lids. Not cups, just lids. Seriously?!?! If you're going to be sloth like, I should at least be able to order what I want.
Point 3, and what brings me to actually post this. I woke up early to make sure I could get my coffee. The starbucks on Ft Sill doesn't open til 0700 so that one wasn't an option unfortunately, and I had no other choice but to come to this one. I roll up at 0500, get in the drive they and sit there for 3 minutes. Nada. Not a peep. I tell myself they've forgotten to turn their headsets on. So I pull up to the window. I could be wrong but it looks like there's someone hiding around the corner in the store! No one acknowledges my presence. So I park and go up to the door. Hours sign AND website say they open at 0500 but at 0510 the door is still locked and the lights are off. Finally someone comes to the door to say that NO ONE WAS SCHEDULED TO WORK THAT MORNING! Um. Excuse me. There are two baristas in there from what I can tell, you can't just run the drive thru?!?! Nooooooope. It was basically GTFO.
Whoever manages this starbucks needs to be retrained or replaced. It's getting absolutely ridiculous and is proving to be an exceptionally poor representation...
