Fusion Buffet — Restaurant in Lawton

We were promptly seated and our initial drinks arrived soon. Since we arrived at what should have been the mid-dinner time, I expected the food to be fresh. Not so, everything we tried seemed stale and hard to chew. Trying to wash down the dry food my wife quickly exhausted her drink. There were three other, small groups that arrived shortly after us. The waitress provided them with refills at least twice completely ignoring our table. After the waitress’s third pass through our area and ignoring our table, I held my wife’s empty glass in the air and called out to the waitress. She ignored my effort and walked away. Throughout the time we were eating an employee had been on a ladder with silicone and duct tape trying to stop water that was running out of the ceiling from an unknown source in our dining area. Seeing the waitress ignoring our table and my calls, he climbed off the ladder to pursue the waitress. I curiously followed, he finally caught up to her in the far side of the restaurant. In Spanish he began telling her that our table needed service. She responded to him argumentatively with a barrage of gestures then finally went to our table. She did fill my wife’s glass but left my nearly empty drink sitting on the table. I have no idea what the waitress’s problem was but I do know that I can afford to eat anything I want from any eatery Lawton has to offer. 11.20 in the morning 14.20 in the afternoon food is hella bland that's a terrible look bland food only eat if your in a bind or just hungry baos are are just dough no nothing inside ribs are only available in the afternoon sushi is really awful one time I saw spoiled green meat near the hibachi just sitting out Sushi needs to be fresh needs to be not so damn bland almost like mush or playdough shameful everything needs an upgrade flavor food etc more items need to be put out chicken is dry usually or greasy and dry/cold crawfish is cold usually everything always or salty meats sometimes to greasy dry or cold fish can kill someone or even get them sick the beef sushi thing ain't to bad but everything needs to be revamped changed and more flavor brings in more customers more money but yeah this is my review. Lawton needs more Asian buffets who care bout their food/customers=more money.By the way to all those that say the food is good please taste it with your tongue and mouth scrap your tongue if u can't taste anything because just chewing it's not tasting please actually taste and tell me is this what I wanna eat not to just stuff...

Oh, where to start. We ate there yesterday (12/6/23) for a family of 4. (Two adults and 2 kids) The atmosphere was very interesting. All of the guest were seated in one section of the restaurant bunched together. Two areas unoccupied and i understand when you’re understaffed. However, the temperature in the building was no less then 85 degrees. It was so uncomfortable and hot it was very hard to eat and not sweat. So all of the guest being in one are made it a lot worse. The server was impatient, and did not want to be bothered. I informed her that I picked up a dirty dish from the clean plate pile and she looked at me like I did something to the plate. Now to the food. Everything looked as if it was sitting out for hours. The only dish I saw get a rotation was the pizza and it was the best option at the buffet. I have eaten here since I was little and its sad to see it has gotten worse every time I go and try to give it another try. We all ate one plate and was hard to go back for the 2nd. We spent $75 for two adults and two kids(one child 7 other child 13) . Receipt was scribble so no telling what...
