I feel like I've been saying this a lot but I'm new to this area so most of my experiences at these restaurants will be my 1st time. 🙂 The only difference is that this is my 1st time eating Tai food so keep that in mind that I dont really have anything to compare it to. My friend that went with me has eaten lots of Tai food and she said that this places was very good so she is probably a more reputable source. Everything that I had was delicious except the spring rolls. They were bad but I've just never really been a fan of spring rolls. The noodles were delicious! I actually couldnt finish it all and took some home. I will say that I asked her for mild but also asked to but the chilies on the side and I'm glad I did. If they would've added all of that it probably would've been a little too spicy for me to enjoy. What can I say... I'm a wimp when it comes to super spicy stuff. 😁 All in all this place is really good. I keep meaning to go back here but I've been honestly trying out different places when I eat out. For the most part I really cook a lot at home but I do plan on getting back to this place. It's in my list of places in Lawton that I...
Read moreThe best Thai food in the Oklahoma area. The chef is a gourmet chef from Thailand. That is why the presentation on the food is always a 10/10 and always delicious. This is NOT an establishment for quick service. They take pride in the food you're ordering and are making it RIGHT. This is a place where you sit down and wait patiently. If you have no patience or no time, I suggest ordering to-go! The pho is actually really good for it being a Thai restaurant! If you're ever craving pho, this is the place to go(the mall pho is okay.... not authentic tasting).
Suggestions for first timers:
They offer levels of spicy. If tobasco is spicy then I suggest staying with level 1. Anymore than 2, you're risking burning your tongue off! It's thai food, what do you expect?
Pad Thai(noodles) is delicious and very popular.
Pad See Ew(wider noodles) is yum.
Pineapple Fried Rice is very good and pretty!
Himmaparn is also another great pick.
Thai Bistro also does specials on Mother's Day and Father's Day with entrée and a cute dessert included. Great place to take the parents when you know other establishments are going to be...
Read moreI went in with my family of 4 and we got appetizers which are really small if you’re looking to share. The service was okay I can tell there’s a language barrier which isn’t their fault what caught me off gaurd was when I ordered the yellow curry which has potato’s carrots and onion I asked for extra veggies which I thought they would put extra of what comes in the curry but they put frozen green beans and broccoli which does not go in a curry I asked if they could remake it and they said they would just take out the veggies I didn’t want which threw me off because it changed the whole texture of the curry and the taste after all that the manager comes out slams a menu on the table and asked me to point out what I wanted I pointed out that it didn’t come with that in the menu and he yelled at me saying I didn’t know what I was talking about saying he refused to remake it and that’s what I asked for. I said I wouldn’t pay for it and he started to yell again in front of people. I called him an idiot and just left it at that and my sweet aunts still tipped 25$ on a...
