SUPERIOR AND FREINDLY SERVICE! From the flowers for my mother's funeral in 1994 to date you will not find better quality and professionalism in Lawton then you receive from Scott's. I needed a plant for an out of town funeral of a family member at the last minute. I had composed a note that was based around a specific plant that I had been trying to locate and order with some difficulty. They provided best the prices of all the other florist I had contacted. Provide a design and solutions, and even texted me photos in a matter of minutes. Bless his heart I have been sick and I know he had hard time hearing me. I just called from out of state inquiring about flowers for my uncles service. Strike one - “we can deliver but we have a delivery fee” that in itself is expected, but it was said in a way that sounded like a deterrent. Strike two - “there’s florist in Walter’s - let me just give you their number.” Helpful but unsure why you would send the business away. I called you based off your ratings online. Strike three -“okayyy, but it’s Valentine’s Day, soooo” Seriously? I’m sorry that the actual death of a human will interfere with your money making made up holiday. My boyfriend brought me beautiful flowers from this place. I also bought another bouquet for my birthday before he brought me these flowers unexpectedly. The price difference was significant. I wish I had ordered from Scott’s house of flowers initially. The prices are very good. Their chocolates are very yummy. A day after my boyfriend brought me flowers I went to the shop with him to look at all the different arrangements and just look around the shop. Everyone was very helpful, but not pushy. Amazing attitudes great staff. And they have very nice pothos plants which are my favorite. I will definitely be getting my flowers from here...
