Ashley Outlet — Attraction in Lebanon

I do love Ashley furniture the product, however, I am very disappointed in the ordering and delivery standards. I should have been informed that even when my furniture has all came in, that it would take another 2 weeks plus to get it delivered. When ordering from the Ashely outlet in Lebanon, MO. I was told that they would deliver furniture as it came in. That was false. I have been in my new home now for 21 days without furniture. When stopping in to the store periodically to see if any had arrived, was told of different dates expected for arrival, but yet here I am with all my furniture, which is a lot of furniture, arriving at the same time. I am a big homebody and need a beautiful space to really feel “at home.” I decided it was time to get rid of my parents’ hand-me-down couch and get a real piece of furniture.

I went to Ashley and spent time sitting on all the couches. Nichelle helped me pick out different rugs to go with the couch. She then answered my questions via text. I stopped back in the sit on the couch because this is my first big furniture purchase and wanted to be confident in my decision. Brandy and Matt remembered me and were able to help me.
