Go there every week for my Meds. Have had nothing but great experiences with the budtenders. Have had only one not so pleasant experience was accidentally over charged. Let me explain my experience so it doesn’t happen again to anyone else. ( went and got my usual a oz of flower normally I get 2 different 1/2’s and the budtender instead of scanning the 2 different containers he scanned the same and I ended up paying more then I should of) got home and I realized what had happened when I when to transfer it into my containers the labels were the same, I do understand it was busy and people make mistakes, so I called and the young man I spoke with completely understood what I was saying and told me it would be taken care of on my account so I can’t wait to go back in and see. So I suggest you always get a receipt and check your order before you leave the store. Also, I would suggest for the bartenders to read the containers back to the customer to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I want to say thank you to all the employees that worked there. I went in yesterday and meet the manager who believes insulting her customers is the best way to act at work. I did a lil more research. As she accused of being stupid and ignorant. You are right I got it backwards. The sativa did come first before the male/female plant from south of the border. However it is still a sativa cross.
