I recently went to Primasing motors and the visit was terrible!!!! I asked to have my SUV Chevy Tahoe to have the oil changed and check the transmission and rotate and balance my tires…… well that didn’t work out at all! When they finished doing what we asked he handed me the keys and said all is good transmission is good….. well we do not feel good about there work….. so we headed to les Schwabb’s and they spent 1 1/2 to 2 hr checking the wheels and tires they weren’t balanced and they never took off the old weights and the also rotated the tires! And they were so nice and caring and they checked on us the next day! VERY NICE! But that wasn’t all the next day we proceeded to AAMCO to check the transmission… well they said it was in bad shape and didn’t charge us to check we had to replace parts on the transmission they were on top of everything they showed us. They looked at everything they fixed it. It took like three days came and got the car and now it runs fabulously. I highly recommend them too. They don’t charge you to check out what’s wrong with your car that is awesome. That wasn’t the first time I’ve had abad experience with premising motors . One time I was having a oil change and rotating tires. I got the car back went to go look at it and it was missing the front lug nuts on the tire and they told me it was my fault. lol ok One more to finish up this horrible experience I was in the waiting room with my husband, and luckily another lady came in who is also scared to be using them. Her husband hated them, but he passed away. So she figured if he quick and easy. It was a mess. It smelled horrible. There was spiderwebs everywhere there was cans all over the floor and trash. One of the young Employees that work there kept closing the door on us and I kept opening and letting them know it smelled horrible in there. Please don’t close it. It was honestly the easiest and most pleasant vehicle purchase I have made yet. I flew in from out of state to buy from them for a few reasons. Their pricing in the truck was by far better than anywhere in my home state or other dealers in Oregon. Not only was the truck priced great but they gave me a great price on an extended warranty which I generally am not a fan of purchasing due to how much dealers tend to increase the prices on them. Also a great deal on ceramic coating which I normally wouldn’t buy from a dealer but at that price I couldn’t pass it up and they did a really good job with it, my paint is nice and slick to repel contaminants. They also arranged a ride from another town when I flew in. Sarah from sales actually took the time to drive about 35-40 minutes one way to pick me up and haul me back to complete the transaction. She kept me up to date with photos, videos and getting the truck prepped for my delivery. Kim the office manager was awesome and up front out of the gate. She was very helpful and answered a lot of my questions for a few weeks before I could arrange the transaction and pick up of the truck. Great communication all around. Casey the general manager and owner was a pleasure to talk to when I first inquired on the truck. No one was pushy or pressuring me. Read moreI will start by saying, this was easily the BEST experience that me and my wife have ever had buying a vehicle and we have bought more than a couple in our years! Here is how it went down. I was wanting to trade in my current pickup on a new GMC. I was first dealing with Jered over the phone on a Monday evening regarding the deal that I wanted to see happen. He made it so easy; I told him what I wanted out of my trade in and the amount we would like our payments to be at. He made it happen, and the only way he could do this was by coming way way down on the price of the new AT4X. When a dealership believes in making customers for life and Not trying to get every penny out of every sale, you know you have found a dealership that has their customer service and sales team model in check! Jered asked me if I wanted to; my wife and I could head to the dealership, meet up with Erick and finish the deal. Now this was at 6:30 pm and we first both thought, ugg this is usually long process. But I was excited obviously, so we went there. We were greeted by Erick and he got right to work with a wonderful personality and understanding of wanting us to get home quickly with our new pickup.
