Games were good, staff was nice, and the cleanliness was good. I had no issue with any if these. The price, however, is ridiculous. Most of the stuff I wanted to play was $1.75 or more and that frankly is too expensive. 35 dollars wont get you far here(Especially with 2 or more people) If prices were lowered, people would be more attracted to play. It would also make the prize's ticket price more reasonable. Speaking of prizes, they are mediocre with the best prizes being practically unobtainable. If I recall it was 68,000 tickets for a PS4(not a ps4 pro). I spent $125 and earned about 3875 tickets. I would consider myself average in winning skill games....so I would have to spend approximately $2,200 give or take, to win that regular PS4. I get it, they are there for a profit...but that is just over 7 times the cost. It says something when you can go to a large commercialized theme park business like Universal Studios Florida's video arcade(which I enjoyed quite a bit) and get a much better play per dollar/tickets per dollar spent ratio. Honestly one of the big drawbacks, in my opinion, is the lack of physical tickets. It is all digital and Sometimes you arent even sure how many tickets you've just won. Without the physical tickets, you really feel like you havent won anything....which I guess fits their whole casino theme as you never tend to win a damn thing here anyways....
Read moreThe tree house arcade is a cute arcade to spend some time at when at the casino with your kids or a game loving adult. It had a good selection of arcade games from old classics like PacMan and Burgertime to newer games based off of phone apps like fruit ninja and flappy bird.
When visiting recently, a few of the machines seemed to be out of order, however I also witnessed a repair in progress on one machine. The layout can be a little cramped, though I admit the arcade was much more spacious in their old two floor location within the casino. I believe the new location is not only smaller, but less visible when navigating the casino and moving it did it no favors.
Otherwise, it is standard modern arcade fare. Payment is made via a swipe card purchased and loaded. Tickets can be redeemed at the front for a variety of snacks, toys and more expensive electronics.
I wouldn't recommend thia arcade as a long term solution to leave older children at since the amount to do will not last long enough for parents to spend much time gambling at the casino proper. However if you are visiting with the family it's a great stop for an hour or so. If you are staying at the hotels, this would also be a nice spot for kids to visit...
Read moreI would have liked the casino more if there wasn't smoking allowed inside the building. Its big and there is plenty to do and see. There are designated smoking areas but it doesn't help as much as it should. The smoke goes everywhere. I got sick from all the smoke and we didn't even gamble in the smoking permitted areas. I was shocked to see that smoking was allowed in the casino. I would have given more stars if it wasn't for the smoke making me sick and not able to...
