Staying 3 nights at fox woods, being our first night we went down to order a whole pizza at 10PM was told we cannot put in a whole pizza order- staff also would not let us buy available pizza to make a whole. Took a walk looking up other pizza places that were local since this is Foxwoods only pizza place open. Walked back over asking why and told them we did not mind waiting, was refused again…. Hours say 24 hours, both times going up there was no line !!! Was denied buying the whole pizza that was supposed n counter- not sure what kind of ‘pizza place’ doesn’t let you order a whole, all of the reviews online seem to have a WHOLE pizza…. Called focwoods customer service to complain and even the rep didn’t understand why.

Regina's Pizza is the perfect spot for a quick, no-fuss bite. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed their pizza! I had the pepperoni slice, and my friend had the veggie slice—both were delicious. Being from NYC, I found their pizza to be a delightful cross between NYC style and Sbarro's. It's quick, yummy, and the cheese was especially great. The only downside was the service, which I would rate three stars. I asked for extra sauce, even willing to have it on the side, but they told me they didn't have any. I was a bit puzzled, thinking, "How do y'all make the pizza?" But overall, the pizza was really good even without the extra sauce. Definitely worth a visit!

Regina's is East Coast pizza. What I got was horrible and disappointing. I've lived in Massachusetts and Connecticut. I brought my west coast guy, we ordered a cheese pizza to go, waited 25 minutes, left without looking. It was undercooked, the cheese wasn't bubbled or melted, the crust wasn't brown. The pizza that came out before it for the counter looked great. It was too much to go back and get another one by the time we looked. I was stoked to give him the best east Coast pizza, not even a little close. We threw it out at a gas station and got chicken instead. 26$ wasted, time wasted, dinner wasted.

Our first time to the casino and absolutely VERY LAST TIME EVER. TO. REGINA PIZZERIA !!!!!! The staff here at this pizza place is EXTREMELY UNTRAINED and VERY ,,,,, TO SAY THE LEAST.... UNEDUCATED , UNTRAINED , DISRESPECTFUL AND simply IMMATURE !!!! TO SAY THE VERY LEAST... Besides their highly OPINIONATED staff the food was absolutely atrocious. And at very best..... ice cold. I DO NOT RECOMMEND or SUGGEST THIS PIZZERIA TO ANYBODY !!!! if you're at the casino hopefully you do not get the munchies for pizza , IF YOU DO....... PLEASE TRY TO FIGURE SOMETHING ELSE OUT...... IF NOT YOU WILL BE 100% UNSATISFIED WITH THIS EXTREMELY RUDE , ARROGANT and. OPINIONATED staff !!!!!!! Although very untrained and extremely uneducated..... We do not recommend this establishment to anybody... not now.. not ever .. After we placed our order the larger female staff member began rudely throwing dough at the wall and making inappropriate comments towards us or the general public , After we asked for our cold pizza to be placed in the oven to be heated up before we got it ten minutes after ordering .not sure which one but the stares were pretty unmistakable !!!! Overall I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PIZZA PLACE TO ANYBODY to EAT UNTIL THEY DO AN OVERHAUL WITH their UNEDUCATED, IMMATURE , ARROGANT , AND SIMPLY...

Young Caucasian guy with facial hair working tonight around 3:15 am was giving attitude at three different points throughout our experience here for food, late at night after playing at the casino. We went over to Regina’s Pizzeria after having it recommended by a casino dealer. Upon lining up, the young man working the front counter first gave us attitude when telling us that a whole pizza would take around 20 mins when we were looking at ordering individual slices. Next, we had asked politely to have a couple pizza slices cut in half, to which this young man rolled his eyes. Next, we had also politely asked to have couple pizza slices cut, to which this young man threw his hands up in a fit and rolled his eyes at us. Lastly, we had gotten our pizzas in boxes from this nice young lady only to find that the pizzas were not cut in half. We went up to the counter to find this young man, and had asked him nicely to cut our pizzas in half or for a knife, to which he then proceeded to grab the pizza roller and give attitude and rolling his eyes again. This customer service is not okay. We will not...

My cousins and I have made it a ritual to stop here before heading home from the casino. Always friendly service. Sunday night changed my mind. My cousin and I were waiting for fresh pies to come out of the oven. In the meantime, the system went down, so they weren't able to take payments. The person in charge instructed the employees to give the pizza to us, as a courtesy, IF the system was still down, by the time our order was ready. By the time our order was ready, Alicia was in charge. When the employees advised her that we were supposed to get the slices for free, per the other person whose name I don't have because we didn't even hear him give the instructions, she snapped at them, "We don't do business like that around here!" To say I was shocked is an understatement. So... She's not in the business of providing exemplary customer service to make sure your customers stay happy and keep coming back? I'm confused with that statement and would LOVE an...
