NEVA AGAIN!!! I’ve been to this place in 2022 for my daughter bday and the experience was amazing! My daughter like it so much she wanted to do it again so we went back this year 2025 and it was terrible!! First off my wife tried to book the reservation the first week of January for a Feb 19th date. NO ONE got back to us so as the 19th start to become nearer we reach out again and nobody got back to us! You can only email to set up reservation and they say if you email more than once you get pushed to the end of the waiting list putting you behind people that you should be in front of! So now the 19th is two days away and no one has gotten back to us, we even called and someone answered we explained what was going on and the bowed to contact the event coordinator personally, being that the event coordinator doesn’t even work on-site! Being that we still had no response we booked two tables with open table in which one of the want never confirmed until the day we left the casino! Once we arrived my wife checked in and I went straight to the sugar factory explained what happened and they apologized and was able to seat us for our reservation. We explained that it was a birthday party and that we wanted to experience we had last time. But the experience this time was horrible, the waiter never introduced herself and the happy birthday song at the end was the most lame and dry as can be, no dancers no music and no cake nor icecream! So we ask to talk to a manager and explained our unhappiness and the manager told us that we had to reserve that type of request and it was $60!! Same manager that we already explained to about not being able to make a reservation because the event planner never retuned our email!! So we asked if we could reserve it now and she said no, smh! The next day we couldn’t find anything good to eat for breakfast so we went back to the sugar factory hoping for a better experience! The waiter was much more nicer and the same manager welcomed us with a smile, so as we are eating my daughter asked me if I could ask the waiter to do the birthday performance that she initially wanted so I asked thinking that I already knew the answer but to my surprise the waiter said yes of course we can do that for you and we picked the $100 on instead of the $60! My daughter was so excited, she picked her song and when it was to for them to perform it wasssss TERRIBLE!! No dancers, the music was over very fast and the happy birthday sign was missing 2 letters so the sign read “ apy Birthday” good thing we had it on video because we showed the waited how the letters were missing and this was something they wanted to put on social media and that ruined the moment. Our waiter was so upset and embarrassed and said they would do it over, but the magner said that the can put the letters on and my daughter can take pictures with the happy birthday sign!! They completely ruined my daughters experience and diner and didn’t even offer any compensation for all of there mess ups!! Needless to say it’s not the same and I won’t ever ever ever go back there!!

Read moreWould've gave a Zero star if i could've. Extremely disappointed with my experience here. Decided to go here to celebrate my daughters b-day on new yrs eve '23. I drove 1 and a half hrs excited to try out the sugar factory as I always heard great reviews about different locations. We arrived and right away was seated as the place was empty with maybe only 4 other tables occupied. The waitress came to take our orders and almost everything we picked was not something they had, although, they advertised it on the menu. I finally settled with a basic reg. burger, my daughter ordered a chocolate chip pancake and my friend ordered a burger with turkey bacon, which later on found out they didn't have turkey bacon. 20 minutes later, our orders came out and every order was wrong! My friend had Mac and cheese in her burger instead of the bacon she requested, my burger had 1 random onion ring, and my daughters chocolate cake pankcake ended up being modified to a reese pieces pancake with tons of peanut on it. I waited for the waitress to explain it was incorrect but she was MIA. I had to remove the top layer on the pancake cause it was covered with all types of things. I was furious at this point not only was nothing correct on the menu but how did they manage to mess up every order with the restaurant being empty. I spoke to the waitress and told her i understand things happen but the fact that you gave my daughter a reese peanut butter pancake and did not let us know it was modified is absolutely not ok especially not knowing if my daughter was allergic to peanuts to begin with. Now any other time I would've been more than understanding but the fact that the waitress brushed it off and asked with an attitude well is she allergic? I told her i wanted the bill right now and to speak to a manager. She blamed the error on the computer system. After I got the check it was $100+ and the computer system she blamed the error on obv printed out the correct orders. I told my friend maybe the kitchen got the order incorrect but either way the kitchen wouldve gotten the order from the waitress. I sat there and waited for a manager, which no one ever came. When the waitress came back i requested to speak to someone as well as remove the pancake from my bill as my daughter did not even get to take 3 bites without being disgusted. I paid the bill and gave it to the waitress as well as a tip but never again will I ever go to sugar factory and i will be sure to not recommend. I ended up having to take my daughter through a drive through since no one actually ate since all the orders were incorrect. Very...
Read moreHonestly I was hesitant on coming here due to a lot of the cynical reviews below, but from the second we arrived I quickly got over that. This place is happy, loud, and pretty "in your face" so be aware of this if you think you're going to have dinner or dessert in a quiet mellow atmosphere, you're wrong.
The seating is jam packed (youre at the second largest casino in the US so considering this you'd expect that) but due to the fun food and crazy atmosphere we made friends with our super close table neighbors and it made it bearable.
It did take a bit for our waitress to get to us but, come on, it was a Saturday night and I know they aren't magic. The menu is pretty much a novel of sugary treats and delcious sounding food, so I was a tiny bit overwhelmed at first, but in the end I ordered the Rainbow Sliders as my dish and a "side" of fries, my boyfriend ordered the "Signature Burger".
The food arrived in a decent amount of time for a busy Saturday Night and my new friends (our table neighbors) quickly asked if they could get a pic of my sliders, of course I obliged because who gets mini Cheeseburgers in bright colors and doesn't expect people to get excited? Not only were they pretty, they tasted amazing. Perfectly cooked and very fresh. The "side" of fries was HUGE, I'm not a big fan of shoestring/skinny fries so they didn't really make the meal for me, but they were crispy and well cooked so I can't complain. My guy's burger was perfectly cooked to his specifications and he really enjoyed it (not that I was paying attention as I fawned over my colorful dish) my sliders also came with a Rubber Ducky....yes it came with a toy like a grown up "kids meal", I was beyond delighted.
After dinner I decided on the "Banana Nutella" insane milkshake (again many pictures were taken by myself and my table neighbors). It was delicious and colorful, exactly what I expected from this place. I was beyond full and super satisfied. I couldn't finish the candy necklace or unicorn pop on my shake but they have bags so you can take them with you.
As far as prices go, it is a bit pricey but I'd say it's average fare for dining at a casino, and it is definitely easy to rack up a tab, so this should really be expected to be a "splurge".
All in all, my experience was great, and I will DEFINITELY go back again. I can understand that some people may go in expecting a different experience but you really need to grasp the fact that this place is designed to be loud, packed, and fun. Once you get a handle on that, let loose and have a ball! (Or at least a...
