Awful. High priced junk in no particular order. Arrogant, not friendly help. Allows non-customers to moop around the store blocking customers from actually looking for items. The clerk in the back room was terrible, would not give any break on price for large amount of books and DVD purchase, so I left with nothing. No wonder it's so dark and gloomy shop.
