On 11/29/24 there was 4 of us that went in for lunch. They were quick to seat us, get our beverages and take our order. However we have been waiting for over a half hours for our food. In the mean time 2 other tables came in after us and got their food before us. We inquired about our food after I git up from the table and went over to see the waitress because she paid no attention what so ever when we were trying to get her attention. It was quite odd after I got up and went to talk to her that out food arrived at our table. Of course the ham and cheese that I ordered on a roll eith Lettuce, tomato, onion and mustard came out as a grilled ham and cheese on bread with lettuce, tomato, onion. The 2 cheeseburgers and fries that came out were barely warm. Then the cslzone that was ordered do not believe it was cooked all the way because there was cold pieces of cheese, mushrooms and bacon and the cheese was not melted. I sent my ham and cheese back along with 1 of the cheeseburgers and told them to remove them from the bill. Asked our waitress to talk to a manager and she had no idea what to do. The other waitress that was on duty came over and started to give us a cocky attitude. We asked for the managers phone number did not get that. Instead the bartender came over to smooth things out. She ended up taking all of our meals of the bill but we had to pay for 4 sodas ($12). Then the bartender gave us a gift card for there for $5 Don't think we will go back...
Read moreI had a bad experience at the Locker Room tonight. It was not my intention to write a public review of what happened but in light of the fact that their website doesn't include a "contact us" link for registering complaints, I think they have this coming. I'm a pescatarian who is used to having limited options in sports bars that cater to meat eating sport fans. I ordered a salad and a veggie quesadilla at the Locker Room tonight. Contrary to both protocol and my request, the quesadilla came before the salad. The quesadilla was filled with lots of good, but unseasoned raw vegetables with a tiny amount of melted cheese. Also provided was some mediocre salsa and factory packaged cups of sour cream. UGH. Someone must have finally remembered my salad and it was brought more than 10 minutes after I was served by entre. I declined to accept it. Of the 2-3 high school aged waitresses who served me tonight, none apologized for the late arrival of the salad; no one asked me how my entree was; no one offered to refill my drink and I only got the check after putting my coat on 10 minutes after finishing my meal. Places like the Locker Room I guess are fine if you're a local who goes in to grab a burger'n beer and chat with a local acquaintance. If like me you need a healthier menu and prefer more professional polite...
Read moreOmg.. to start...the place was not busy. Very long wait for apps and food.. "Sherry" our senior waitress was drinking alcohol on the job. And was EXTREMELY unprofessional.. ensuing a hostel confrontation when I went looking for her to ask for utensils for our food..(You're supposed to get those with the food delivery at least) then came to our table slamming down the condiments that we asked for i.e ketchup, mayonnaise,.. got very obnoxiously loud and calling us trash and lots of other vulgar obscenities... I myself being in this industry for 35 plus years(chef)... RULE# One.. NEVER argue with a customer ! RULE #2. NO drinking alcohol on the job.. Needless to say the food was so so pretty much cold by the time we got it.. and that girl should be fired for class A violation (threatening a customer) Now I know what the place was pretty much dead to begin with. We should have stuck with our first choice of a much classier place.. But since chef Omar's girlfriend was working at the Coach outlet store and recommended it.. we figured I couldn't be that bad.. It was...
