Went there on Thursday, 08/15/24 to go watch my team play for that the Thursday manager to kick me out from players bench just because I wasent playing. Told him twice I played last season and couple games back but that I was hurt, still didnât care. The sad part is that a game before they had people that werenât playing inside the bench area.
He didnât care, he said that just because their were the new rules đĄ because other teams had problems, which I completely understand, but we werenât the other team, if anything donât let the teams that have had issues in the past but not us
Went upstairs to speak to the âbossâ Mike and let him know that we have played for years in this league, Iâve had my son play in this league and have always been a customer and have brought many teams to play in this league. Told him I was coaching since I was injured and he didnât care, he said their are not coaches !! Since when can he decide if a team has a coach or not

We rented the fields for the winter season last year (2014-2015) and when we had 2 last games left in March 2015, weather was getting better outside, so we asked them 2 weeks in advance if they would give us a refund for those 2 games we had already paid for. They said they couldn't refund (which is perfectly understandable) but said that they could apply credit for the next winter's session. We said that's a good deal since we were planning to play again this year (2015-2016). Now the manager says that it should have been used between April and September. That's not what we were told during the time. Manager now says that's their policy. Mr. Manager if you're running a business, learn to keep your word. Don't have one of your employees tell us something and then you tell us something else in 8 months. I paid in full for a youth team that was wrongly registered by All American for LAST YEAR. When I didn't receive a schedule for this session I emailed and had to call multiple times to finally reach three different associates assuring me that the manager would work this out and call me back. This went on for 3 weeks. I called again and finally spoke with the manager, Mike, and with no apology, he promised he'd call me back in an hour and have a new schedule worked out for my girls' team. That was 9 days ago. I have kids who were exited to play their first indoor soccer season, and I grew up playing at All American so I thought this would be a great experience.
