I wish I could give this center zero stars to rate it. Despite having a long-standing good reputation, they show no interest in working with the kids scheduling or enrollment.
Despite of working according to their schedule, theyāre unwilling to provide the available times or days. Iāve been pursuing them for over a year now. Iāve tried to manage my time and day accordingly, but they always come up with some excuse or the other. Recently, Iāve been trying to enroll my five-year-old for over a month now. They said spot for 5 year old will open in April for certain day/time and that they will confirm once we ask them to enroll but also enrollment shall be done on 31st not before that. I emailed them on 31st again to check if I can begin enrollment and that spot is still open. They responded next day, that now the class for an older group. Couldn't they tell me in advance when I was emailing about spot just 3 days back? Or did they decided to suddenly open the class for older ones for the same day and time?!? Mind you, this is just one month of experience. Iāve been trying my luck for a year now, and I have all the relevant emails to prove. Thereās no apology, no remorse, and no attempt to work with the clientās schedule. Neither they anticipate that the client is trying to join the center, but theyāre not prepared to cooperate. Itās tiring to be honest.
I am certain that they have always lied to me about classes, their schedule, their coaches and even they went full on revenge mode with me for complaining about coach Irina. I've already mentioned to them that I don't want my daughter to be coached by coach Irina. She spends more than half an hour near the trampoline, sitting on one side and never getting up. All she asks the kids to do is jump, without teaching them any technique. One time, she had just two kids, and my daughter got hurt. She couldn't even take care of just two kids in her class. Even after repeatedly mentioning to not give my kid that coach, he still suggests that I attend her classes only and that the only availability is with her. How ignorant can they be?
If they don't want to enroll my child, simply tell me in my face rather than playing games to come today, check tomorrow, and enroll day after. They have taken this complaint very personally I must say. They accused me on things which I never said, all I asked is to change the coach who can cater my child's hunger to learn things.
There's this person who sits behind the email and causes trouble for the potential family who wishes to enroll their child. They don't have a face, and when we visit the center to talk about this. There is this lady who tells us to speak to the person via email regarding scheduling. Whenever I agreed on a date and time for my child's enrollment that you offered, you somehow come up with ridiculous excuses to prevent me from enrolling. Well done! Keep up the good work.Ā But again, it's useless to discuss matters via emails without a name. How safe are you, Aren't you?
You have my phone number in previous enrollment form. If you have responsibility, you should be calling and resolving this issue, which is what customer service entails. You have lost business here, take it somewhere else and enjoy mocking other parents. I don't need anything to do with Us gym leonia from here on. This is completely preposterous and ignorant. And if the new enrollment parents who don't know because I recently found out this center already had one shameful case one of their coach who does not work there any more. But it was bad and pretty public. You can certainly google and see for yourself what is this case about.
But I am sure that after reading my comment, they will respond with some random excuses or may be just blatantly like every time just simply blame me for something I didn't ask or do. Horrible! But whatever its is, Good luck future parents! And...

About a month ago I asked to change her class day/time due to work schedule change at the end of the month, and she told me I canāt do that ahead of time and said when Iām ready then let her know. At the time I asked her there was a day/time that would work out for us and I was worried that in 3 weeks when we actually have the new schedule that slot wonāt be available. She didnāt care, she wouldnāt work with us. Sure enough when I reached out 1 week before new work schedule she told me that slot was no longer available. I asked to withdraw my daughter for the next month and she said no, because I needed to give 30 day notice. It was more than 30 days when I first told her about the schedule change but she said I was already charged for the next month anyways and there is no refund. So I paid for a month of classes that my daughter will not be able to attend at all. When I called her out saying she had no understanding of working parents she said she has 3 kids and full time job and she managed just fine. We had every intention to continue for the sake of our daughter but she just flat out didnāt care at all. Last year we had coach Gerald, who is the best but you donāt have a say in which coach you get. Other coaches are just ok. They also make you sign some kind of agreement so in cases like this you wonāt get any refund for the automatic prepaid classes. Be warned!

The booking process was pretty straight forward and the questions addressed via email. They make it super easy. Location is also great! Shout out to Gerald (not sure if thatās the right spelling), he was very encouraging and yet fair to make sure the kids knew what they needed to do better.
Update 4/2/2022 We are back and my son still loves this program! They push him, doesnāt let him take short cuts⦠just incredible!!! So happy for my son. Gerald continues to bring out the best in him and now with Pedroās help, I canāt imagine going...
