Computer Doctors — Attraction in Lewiston

My wife & I were on a road trip passing through the Lewiston, ID area, when her laptop, which had been having no problems of any kind, just refused to start. We keep connected to work even on the road, so needed the laptop to work, pronto. We were leaving the area the next morning. We had seen Computer Doctor as we came into the area, so cycled back to them. No appointment. The friendly counter person listened to our story, then told us to give him a couple hours, he would fit in a diagnosis right away, and if the fix was easy, would do whatever needed doing to start the laptop, asap ... that day. We went to the store shortly after 10:00 AM & had the laptop back and working normally by 12:30PM. Total cost: $50. Battery problem. Not only was Computer Doctor very competent, but they were perfect on customer service, considering that we were strangers from out of town, not regular customers. In an attempt to find free handwriting paper to print for my daughter I ended up with a whole bunch of pop ups that would not go away. I have moved away from the valley but have used computer doctors two times prior. They are very professional but feel like family. They were able to access my computer remotely and fix the problem. (I had bad cookies). I was able to also get a antivirus program (under 75$) in which they installed for me along with advice for future knowledge of what to look for when I purchase a laptop. I highly recommend these guys as they are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. everything that is happening in front of you is explained. The are quick and efficient.
