not even one star if i could! went there to get lunch for the boss man and crew, first we had a large order and went in side no one was at the counter and had to wait for several mins. before getting any service. Then we order 4 sourdough jacks and 2 tacos in one order there was two other orders on three separate tickets. The boss mans ticket is the one of course they get wrong. now i should of checked the order before i left so that i will lay on my shoulders but we get back with the 7 bags of lunch and start figuring out who's was who's and they for got the tacos for the boss so as to not get the boss man upset i leave and go back to get the taco's which they again left me waiting several mins before helping me. Next the lady who helps me although very nice looked at me as if i was a big inconvenience. daggers have duller edges next i get back with the tacos and all the sour dough jacks consisted in hamburger patty's with cheese nothing else. no tomatoes not a drop of any sauce of any kind. nice! so guess who already had his burger yep boss man guess who was pissed yep thanks jack in the box. please train your people. so they know the menu and fallow the orders so each person gets what they ordered and how they ordered it. last but least you have lost a customer as we buy are lunch there almost every day and most days we have a crew of 25 people you can add up the math but if we eat there 4 days a week and each meal is 5.00 just to keep it simple that is 500.00 a week or 26.000.00 a year that will not be gracing the Lewiston jack in the...
Read moreI was treated incredibly poorly today at this establishment. I placed a mobile order for 2 of their munchie boxes and 1 overload cake. At about 9 pm on 1/21. I got there at the time the app told me to be there. And told them I had a mobile order to which they replied “that’s too much food it’s gonna be a minute. No problem fine I can wait no big deal. So I wait at the window for about 20 minutes. The wait is not the problem of course but there was literally not a single person in the drive through when I was there. Where the real issue started is when the girl at the window slammed it open practically threw my food at me. And said here’s your food have a nice day” with a huge attitude and then proceeded to slam the window. It upset me a lot cause I I was very nice to her. I was taken aback but left anyway. Only to get home and find out I’m missing things from my order that I paid for. I lost out on money and was treated bad. So overall experience sucked but I didn’t want to call in fear of being yelled at again. I come here frequently and have never been treated like this and order pretty much the same thing each time. Read moreThis is by far the best dining experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. The workers were not only kind and helpful but exuberant to be there. I was treated with the most compassion and care while also receiving my meal with such grace and speed comparable to a Michelin star experience. Even without the amazing service provided the food served was so fresh and fast that I almost cried from pure euphoria when I opened our order bags to reveal some of the most magical and beautiful (what can only be defined as true art similar to that of the Sistine chapel) food I’ve ever seen. To be quite frank several tears fell from my eyes while devouring this masterpiece of a meal. In summation I would gladly give my life for any of the fine employees working this beautiful Sunday morning. I will never skip out on this experience any time I enter the town of Lewiston. If I could give this review six stars I would, but sadly I cannot. I wish only that every person could live this amazing life experience as my friends and I have on this wonderful day
