I ordered tonight and got a guy name musu, he is so rude and nasty! I ordered from my parents tonight for them because I live in coppell so my orders normally go there. Now the owners have always been so nice and accommodating, but this jerk is going to make me never order from them again, he is going to truly cost them a very loyal customer, a twice a week ,and a $70.00 every order customer. After he told me no to every question I asked and I told him to ask the owner because we did this particular order often he still told me no and told me he worked there for 10 years even though I personally have never spoken with him. He finally asked the owner, and the owner told him to do exactly what I said we did every time, and I just simply asked him to confirm what I said in the beginning, but he refused until I said I would just come in and speak with them. He still had a smart tone after that with me, and me again spending my usual $70.00 sometimes more twice a week meals; showed up at my parents home with the bag unstapled which alarmed me because that never happens and the food looked unusual to me on top of that while being in his care from the restaurant to my parents home. He gets here and is even more rude in person. They need to lose this dangerous jerk, because like I said the owners are amazing, including the food, but I will be taking my business to (Taste of Asia) because of this jerk, if they keep him, they can have him and his 10 years if they allow him to treat their customers that way; because at the end of the day it's not his business and he could care less how it is affected or how it affects their...

They screwed up our order, and then FIRED us as customers, refusing to do business with us again - and it was only the second time we ever tried them!
I ordered the family dinner for two, with sesame chicken and pork egg foo young. He asked if I wanted the noodles or vegetables, and I said no, I want the pork egg patties for egg foo young. Seemed to understand it and confirmed both.
An hour later, we got one order of some mush that looked like little strips of red beef in onion slush! I called them, and a young Chinese American guy apologized for the mistake and would send the right order out - although it would be another hour.
All seemed ok, until I opened the order, flipped the receipt over, and found written, "It's you mistake - we no do you business anymore - manager Dragon Express"!
WHAT???!!!! I've NEVER been so insulted by any place before, and this is just unheard of. My husband worked for several Chinese restaurants before, including deliveries, and never saw a customer banned for something like this. It's absolutely ridiculous.
I was thinking I needed to find a better Chinese restaurant before this, since everything is pretty greasy, tasteless and sloppy, but I never imagined this dumpy little place would have such bad business ethics to do this!
Needless to say, I immediately called my bank and disputed the charge - no way they're getting my hard-earned money for insults and inedible "food"! Glad I...
Read moreThey dont know what spicy is & somewhat lacking on flavor but decent enough, though it's not freshly made but pre-packaged and just thrown on a wok w/some cooking oil to give the illusion that it is freshly made. It is what it is and unfortunately it's the only place in lewisville that's edible, so beggars can't be choosy, until now lol. The reason for the 2 stars is this...I asked for a chicken fried rice dish but with steamed white rice instead of fried. Manager said he couldn't & wouldn't make it or order the ingredients to make it for just one customer which at the moment made no sense b'cause I thought everything was made semi-fresh, but as I mentioned above nothing is freshly made. It pissed me off b'cause they have the ingredients already there, they just didn't want to make it b'cause as the manager stated that he thought the dish sounded gross in which he should have kept his mouth shut & did his job. It also didn't makes no sense b'cause general tso dish has steam white rice, fried chicken bits & steamed broccoli and so do a lot of their other dishes...so what was the difference here. Either way, his attitude about the whole situation was uncalled for, definitely not appropriate nor appreciated. This place has gone down hill the past few years which is a damn shame b'cause it was poppin there for a while. I guess all good things come to an end at some point....and...
