Everything about here is amazing. My family and I drive way across towns because it's more than bagels, smears, juice and all your food nourishment, it's soulful and mind. I originally met Juan. I loved everything about him and his customer service that even tho they didn't have what I needed the first day I came back later to still try whatever they did have. Loni/Lani was not even my original attendant and she remembered my name from just one visit and every visit after she always made me feel like family walking in for Sunday brunch. Kat/Cat prepares all our delicious-ness along with Shaylynn and x before the order was in the system Kat was getting the Vegan smear out the back and x Shaylynn the everything in toaster mode.
This was exciting for two reasons. Obviously the flow of business, but they genuinely remember and know order.
The owner is amazing. He builds his brand in love and his team cooks and serves with it.
Everything about Starship Bagels is an experience. All of their customers is family and appreciated. I watch how they treat everyone whenever I visit and they are always sharing nourishment for the soul .. Stop by and experience the vibe.
Vegan Smear (thx for not calling it a dairy based reference name). omg don't just take my word for it. Get you a container to go and use it as a salad topper, potato stuffer, cracker dip. It is not limited to 🥯🥯🥯🥯🥯🥯🥯 Thanks Starship. An out of this 🌍 experience...

The popular one is in downtown Dallas next to the eyeball statue across the Joule. This one in Lewisville is way more accessible and you don’t have to stand in the heat. 🍒WHAT WE ORDERED: • Onion Bagel w/ Fermented Jalapeño Cream Cheese, Cucumbers, Pickled Onions, & Avocado 🍒 PRICE: ~$10 🍒 THE VIBE: simple little bagel shop. Kind of factory vibes because their bagel factory is just open in the back for everyone to see. 🍒 WOULD I COME BACK? Yes. •••• Overall Rating: 9/10 Another great bagel place to add to your list! So, little story but me and Gurnoor went to the location in downtown Dallas which is more of a little shack (super cute area) but damn the line was extremely long and you have to stand outside in this heat so we skipped out on that one. I went to the original Lewisville location and had a way better experience (mostly bc we need AC to order lol) here so I would suggest that in this heat. Service was phenomenal! The girl with black hair and the septum piercing was so sweet! The onion bagel was a bit burnt like I kept tasting onion pieces that were burnt BUT besides that flaw it was a good standard bagel. I loved the jalapeño cream cheese it was so yummy! The overall presentation and freshness of this bagel really sold it to me. I don’t have much to say except this is a solid...
Read moreUpdate May 2025: This month's pro tip - follow the store's social media for special events, they've had both za'atar and pretzel available as pre-order in the last few weeks! Also watch for the June 6 drop on Diners Drive Ins and Dives! Current special is strawberries from a local farm but that's super seasonal so hop on it quick for sure.
Update Jan 2025: OK so sadly the za'atar - my favorite - is no longer available except on special occasions BUT the Millennial Falcon is still going strong and an amazing choice. Pro tip: order ahead for the best selection or go early in the day. Bagels are always made fresh and once they're sold out of a certain type, that's it until the next day. Still, all of them are good so you really can't go wrong with any of the flavors.
Original review: It was a Millennial Falcon kind of morning. Recommendations: for just a bagel, you can't go wrong with a za'atar, with scallion schmear. For the Millennial, I suggest the Italian and a plain schmear. And be warned that there is no graceful way to eat the Millennial, have plenty of napkins on hand! You won't care once you get that first bite, though, it's 100% worth the mess. Best bagel shop anywhere and if you haven't experienced it, you gotta go. And they also are wonderful community partners, supporting our local...
