Huge selection of stores was a plus. However most of them were way too pricey to go into especially with my wild kids. The parking is horrible. Expect to drive for about 30 min to even look for the farthest away parking spots. The walkway in the mall is so crowded with people, it's pretty much shoulder to shoulder. Definitely hang on to your kids! I made my 6 year old hold my hand the entire time in the mall. I took my kids on a Saturday which I should've known better. I grew up going to the mall over about 35 years ago. It was busy then but not so bad that it'd make me not want to come back. Now it just gave me bad anxiety or maybe that's just old age lol! I know that the busyness of the mall is a good thing because it's somewhere that people are drawn to and it's great for customers that like everything in one location. But it was just too much for me and I would plan to go there when it's not so busy.

So nice to see a mall with stores open and people bustling around. This mall has been around for decades and doesn't disappoint. They have a combination of staple stores and some unexpected local places that help give an out of towner a reason to stop by. The bathrooms had an odor, honestly the whole hall smelled. I wouldn't say this is a deterrent to the rest of the mall, bust should be addressed. I would note the mall opens early for walkers and all of the folks working were friendly.

Enjoyed my tour of the mall today! Got some makeup at Macy's, t-shirts at Palmetto Moon (hadn't heard of them before today), and some body spray, body butter, and aromatherapy oils at Bath & Body Works. See a great video review of my day on @tingletravelagency_reuwb on TikTok. 🤩

My rating is high even though the shopping center is beginning to look like a ghost town because as with many things, LESS IS MORE in a shopping center. There are just a handful of shops open here, the rest have shuttered. I don't understand why really because it is a prime location. It is easy to get in and out of. There is no congestion, plenty of parking, and I feel comfortable strolling around past the shop fronts and sometimes into them with my baby before his morning nap. I would like to see more businesses here that cater to families with less to spend than the folks going to the Summit across the road! Also, just an idea... it really could be a great place for a cooperative grocery, farmer's/maker's market, or cafe, something with true local ties, to compete with the corporate behemouth...

Not a big mall person, mostly because the people get on my nerves with the pushing and shoving. I know not all the employees are employed by the mall but I wish they could pick the employees more selectively for each shop. Was greatly disappointed at the lack of service in many of the boutiques as well as the brusqueness of many patrons. If you are heavily into being surrounded by people and don't mind being shoved around, this is the place for you. If you are a parent with small children though, I would not advise. Even trying to avoid the big crowds I was almost separated from my two daughters on multiple occasions. I don't blame the mall for this, but it is rather scary for a 3 yr old to be shoved around by...
