True treasure at Lexington Memorial Park is Pat Mahre. Thirty some years of Little League President and dedicating his time running big tournaments and leagues, too. A very nostalgic, beautiful park

They have renovated this place since I was a kid but it still needs some cleaning up, maybe because it’s “winter”. Either way, was a nice place to walk around and enjoy the sunshine.

I realize the city is probably ignorant in regards to health and electromagnetic radiation/RF pollution. However, this park was so high it maxed out my meters. Not safe.

It's a pretty good Park couple baseball field hockey rink a playground that could use some updating and some graffiti removal and something on the slide that looks like poop is not poop I tried to scrape it off at least I hope it's not poop but anyhow it wasn't moving. The park is right underneath the water tower. Parking is kind of an issue there's not really any designated spot which I find to be very odd because it is a baseball field hockey rink playground with picnic tables and some port-o-potties. The the Public Works building blocks of you from the street so it's kind of private and you don't have to look at the trailer park if you're at the park. It is pretty old and could be updated but hey what do you expect for a park in a city the size of Lexington...

With their main attraction being 5 softball fields, getting to and from the park is atrocious. Not only are the 'roads' to enter/drive/park across awful...there are barely enough parking spaces when the park is at 20% capacity (1 field, 2 teams). Also, there is no 'street parking' allowed and throughout the park, there are 'no parking' signs along the right hand driveway.

This congestion leads people to do whatever they want (double park, drive fast, park on open field, etc.). Each team pays the city for field rental on a per game basis - there's no doubt the facilities should be kept up with to make it a fun/safe place to...

Nice big open space with a variety of activities but hard to get over the unmistakable stretch of recycled rubber. I'm all for sustainability but it is problematic in this case. The equipment is a little out dated but the kiddos were excited to try something new. It is a large space but lacks the investment needed to be a high...
