Ashley Store — Attraction in Liberty Township

We went in looking for all new living room furniture. Janet helped us and she was great to work with. Very light speaker, though. She helped me measure and made sure that that the coffee table would fit. She found what I was looking for even though they didn't have it in the store. She took the time and was very patient. The one thing that irritates me about Ashley furniture is they DO NOT OFFER FREE DELIVERY!!! How do you spend $4500 and not offer free delivery? That I found to be ridiculous. And the delivery fee was almost $300. Other than that, the experience was great. The show room had alot of variation.

Update: I decided to go with a different option for my TV stand and found one online at Ashley's. I called the store, spoke to Janet and she was able to cancel my previous option and add this new tv stand. She saved me alot of headache and grief. Now I just hope that everything matches well. I wish Ashley's would assemble my tables when they get delivered to the store and then call when they are all complete.

Update: We came and picked up our furniture. The lady helped us load it and the first piece slipped out if her hands and hit our trailed and put a tear in the dust cover. She quickly got to work on writing up a service ticket to have it repaired. She apologized and did a great job. My only complaint about picking the furniture up is there should have been more people to help us load.

OVERALL: YES, there are things I would change about myexperience, but over all....I'm pretty happy with my purchase. It's great quality and should be for the price. Customer service...

Best customer service I have had in a very long time. Her name is Brandy and she works out of the Bellfountaine Ashley furniture store. Not only did she assist my mother and I for hours while in the store, but also stayed after store hours.

My mother locked my keys in the car. Brandy literally waited outside of the Ashley store, til we were able to get in our car, upon getting an extra set of keys. In the meantime, she non-stop tried to get us help in unlocking our car!

Shopping experience was wonderful as well! She knew ALL details about the items my mother was interested in, and most importantly to me, her integrity stood out. I knew the whole time she had our best interests at heart.

More than that though, on a personal level she did as well. She couldn’t leave until she knew we had safely got into our car, after store hours. What a wonderful employee. I would recommend her in a high leadership position, ( running her own store) in a heartbeat. She satisfies both the job requirements above and beyond, but more importantly, her skills on a personal level were displayed, in her concern for our safety and well- being as customers! I myself higher people in what I do! I have a deep background in sales. She without a doubt in my mind, could do an incredible job at any sales role deemed fit in the future! Wonderful...

We originally came to Ashley furniture looking for a couple tables for our living room. Well needless to say by the time we left we had purchased a new kitchen table and stools plus a buffet to match. The sale lady was very friendly and assured us that the quality of our items was very high. We was told our stuff wouldn't be in for 4 to 5 weeks. That was fine it gave us time to get ready. The table came in in the time frame discussed but the buffet took quite a while longer to get. Understandable in today's world. We we're excited to pickup our furniture when the time came. Well that didn't last long. I backed up my truck to the warehouse and the gentleman working started loading my truck with boxes. I ask him if the furniture was not assembled and he said no that I had to assemble it myself. WHAT! Nobody informed me about that. For as much as this stuff cost I fully assumed that it would be assembled and ready to move in. If I wanted to assemble my own stuff I would of went to a place like Ikeda or big lots. Well I did assemble it only to find out that the quality I was assured wasn't there. So in short what started out as an exciting purchase turned out to be a bit disappointing. Will definitely think twice about doing business...
