Will never go back to this place. Trina completely lied. Showed a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like she even said it should lift easy because I hadnt to colored my hair in years. She asked if I talked to anyone about price I said no and the receptionist turned around and said I told her mom yesterday that it would be about 100 dollars. All before she started. Then when she is washing my hair realizing it didnt lift her while.mood changed, she then starts to blow dry and says she can make it lighter my doing it again. She goes to the bathroom Upset and receptionist ev . Says she must be upset becuz she usually does a good job. They say it will get fixed for free. 3 days later she now says she told me it would be a 2 part process which is a lie and that it would be 350 to do my hair! I wouldve said no before we started and done something different. Why would she have been upset crying in th . Bathroom if this is what she expected my hair to be ,why would the receptionist say she will fix it for free, if this is what it was suppose to be. I have long hair so I k ow its 3 hours of her time she wouldnt be paid for fixing what she did but that what you do when you say that's what you will do. Now I'm stuck with orange hair....

I went here not too long ago and asked for carmel highlights. I came out of the salon with a yellow mess. The owner told me she would fix it and she made it look presentable but that didn’t help my hair being totally dead and unfixable. I can’t believe the damage this place did to my hair. Went to get a balayage, I had all dark brown all natural long hair. I sent pictures and got a quoted price. By the time I left the salon, I spent $135 more than originally quoted in message and the entire bottom half of my long hair is yellow blonde. I asked for partial refund. They do not give refunds but offered to fix it within 1 week of getting my hair done. I won’t go back to allow them to try and fix it, it’s not even close to what I asked for from the start!
