My friends and I would come here often to check out their rather impressive inventory and have done business here. Tyler is absolutely fantastic and is a big reason we came here and their gunsmith, Perry is the actual GOAT. My issue today was with the manager, Michelle.
I came in ready to buy a gun today and was helped by Tyler. He is absolutely a fantastic guy and he always serves with a smile and good vibe. I was looking at the Smith and Wesson CSXE however online they can be had for $599.99. I asked Tyler if the store price matched (they have it for $649.99) and after talking to his manager, Michelle, he says yes as long as the UPC's match. After figuring out where to find the UPC's for the firearm, they matched perfectly and I'm ready to pay. My wallet is out and ready to go. He goes back to his manager Michelle, and they both come over. She looks at my phone to double check and then goes, "Did you tell him the kicker?" Tyler at this point looks very confused because clearly he does not know what she is talking about. She says that I now have to pay a TRANSFER FEE ($40) if I price match and that it is store policy. I first think that it is a joke because I have never heard of paying a transfer fee for a product they already have. I say that another very very well known GUN STORE in GEORGIA has a $20 transfer fee and my friend says that his place charges him $25. She essentially tells us to go shop there instead and that it's just "store policy" and just WALKS AWAY. I still think it's a joke at this point but I'm confused if I need to pay the transfer fee. Tyler is also very confused. He basically says I think so and at that point I'm in total shock. I have never seen customer service handled like this. We thank Tyler again and leave.
I understand store policy but to come at me at the VERY end with it and acting like it's some kind of joke is VERY SHADY and unprofessional. If she would have told Tyler or me that at the very beginning that would be totally okay, but instead she has us go through leaps just to come at the end with the "kicker." Honestly, if she had come at me with something like "Hey, we are a local business and we have to pay rent and other things that online businesses don't have to worry about," and then offered $639.99 I still would have bought it. (Mind you, my wallet was out and ready to buy). As a business owner myself, I understand that smaller stores have higher costs and I'm more than happy to pay a premium to support a gun store I genuinely like. It would have made me want to bring my business there even more with the transparency.
Let me make one thing clear, Michelle should NOT be the manager. She knows nothing about customer service. I understand that money needs to be made for the business but this is just flat out shady. Even before this experience, I always thought that he was deservingly manager (his name badge has manager on it, I assume Michelle is the manager above him.). After this I gained some massive respect for him and the owner should reconsider who is in charge. Tyler was clearly upset at what had transpired and that shows that he really does care for the customer.
Additionally, something I found odd was that my friend was looking for a 22lr MP5 and she points at an HK AR style gun. Talk about not knowing the customer or not knowing the product. Just something odd I noticed. Feel free to pull up the footage for this. It was when we first walked in.
The owner is MORE than welcome to pull up all the footage. 6/17/2025 around 8:20-8:50. I'm the Asian with my tall friend. Tyler is helping us at the used pistol aisle by the dope bolt gun.
I will not be back nor will any of my friends or family or their...

[Location/Ambiance]: Parking: The parking lot can be a bit cramped on the weekend afternoons, so sometimes parking is available at the neighboring store. Also, I feel there's usually someone with a "bro-truck" that can't seem to park within the lines and take up a potential parking spot for someone else.
Inside the Store: It's pretty narrow, aside from the classroom and private office room. Along each side are display cases with various handguns / pistols. From the entrance, new guns are on the left display case. And used hand guns and a supply of new scopes I believe are on the right. Various rifles are hung on the wall to the left. New ear and eye protection are for sale as well, though limited selection. Prices are slightly above average for most things. There is one restroom. A small fridge for an assortment of drink choices. Small selection for targets in mostly bigger sizes.
The pistols for rental are in the last display case near the register. They carry mostly popular brands and calibers, including but not limited to: Glocks, Springfield Armory, Smith & Wesson polymer type pistols in sub compact to compact and some in full frame. Calibers included but not limited to are 9mm, .40 caliber, 45, and a few 380 from what I remember. They do not have any Sig Sauer for rental. =(. I have yet to ever rent a rifle from them, so I'm not sure on their selection. The bullets they mainly sell for the rental guns are re-manufactured bullets from Atlanta Arms.
Inside the range: There are 5 pistol lanes and 4 rifle lanes. The target holder system is controlled by a simple toggle switch. With a cardboard hanger with binding clips to hold the targets. Not advance, but we've never had any issues since the first time here. Shotguns are allowed but I believe you can only shoot slugs.
[Service]: Pistol and Rifle lanes are on a first come first serve basis, though groupon users might be placed behind on the wait list to those not using one getting priority. Though I've only seen this twice on a busy weekend. Each attendant has been pleasant to deal with, for looking at any guns in display or questions on the range. I haven't ever felt snubbed on a question I have asked nor been given a particular brand "fan boys" deep opinions on what they feel is the best, be all-end all. I believe unless you have NEVER handled a gun before or not coming with person who has, each person has been treated fairly with excellent customer service on each visit.
Groupons: As other yelpers have noted, includes clear eye protection and your own ear plugs. Though these were troublesome for me and wouldn't sit well. That's the last time I forget my gear bag. Doh.
{Summary}: Though they are small operation and not many people working the counter or on hand, they've always been helpful. Wait times are the usual for the lanes on weekends. Prices are standard for lane rentals, but more affordable with plus one/two. I feel they are worth visiting and will continue on supporting this...
Read moreWe went on a Friday night, for a ladies night out. There was a long line to wait in, but we spent 10 min before we figured out that the "line" started elsewhere because there were just a lot of people milling around and no signage staying where to start. Once we did get in line, we waited 45 min to get checked out, during which time the men at the counter served multiple people who had come in after us. After purchase, we were told that we had to wait (another 45) for enough lanes to accommodate our group (2 lanes), but many people going to the rifle side went ahead of us. I honestly think they just forgot about us. Once we FINALLY got in, the rifle range door was open to the pistol side, allowing sound to travel easily. So what did we have to wait 1.5hrs for again??? For all that we could have just shot in the pistol area! The attendant in the rifle area was rude and brusque. We had several first time shooters, per their orientation video, bit as soon as one of them shot slightly to high (there were MANY holes in the ceiling area of the range already, mind you), he yelled that if they messed up again they'd be kicked out. What!!!??! How about instructing them, and THEN warning? Cashiers said to get help with jams rather than fix them yourself, but the range attendant huffed and puffed when we DID so. We felt so unwelcome that we left about 20min into our hr. range time. All of this was compounded by the fact that there was NO seating for our long wait (we had to sit on the floor by the toilets), and the fact that the whole time there were other employees milling around not doing anything when they COULD have been helping us. Poor service, price, and quality. 0/10 Would not recommend. EDIT: Oh! I forget that I also witnessed the cashier get into a pretty heated "disagreement" with another customer regarding the wait time and miscommunication about their id. Apparently you're not in line until they get your I'd (which is why our first 45min "didn't count" while they hadn't taken our IDs...)? The lady was upset because they'd been waiting, and apparently hadn't been asked for their IDs initially. The guy behind the counter was very snippy, stating that she should calm down since she couldn't even give them the id until she'd paid anyway. Well... isn't that your job?!? You know your policies better than the customer, so shouldn't you be helping us navigate them so that we can get in and out? Also, I saw that there was a display of used ear protection on sale for $5 (or something like that). When I asked about them, the rep told me that they didn't sell that brand and that the only ones for sale were $40. Well, why were they marked as on sale for 5? I had been on the look out for some mags for my rifle, but that (plus the rest of the experience prior) made me feel that they shifty and didn't respect me as clientele, because they marked one price but tried to sell for another. So I didn't purchase anything...
