I made a mobile order and went into the drive-through. I talked to the person who takes the orders, who told me that everything was fine and I could get my food. When getting the food, the order is wrong, and the girl tells me if she can see my phone to check what was missing. She tells me that it's a curbside (I could've sworn I selected drive-through), and that I should park and select the parking spot so they can bring me the food. They had me waiting around 35 mins in the parking lot (I selected the parking spot #2). I went inside and told one of the girls at the register to either help me getting the food of my order, or cancel it, so I can make a new one. She tells me that she's gonna talk to her manager about it. The manager was walking around the store and she never approached him. It was getting late and I had a meeting, so I just made a new order with another girl because I was hungry. While waiting for my new order, the first girl who talked to me at the register sees me and tells me: "Can I help you with something?" in a condescending tone. I was never rude to anyone and that reaction bothered me. Couldn't get my money back from the mobile order :/ I guess going full Karen mode is justified sometimes. Maybe not. Oh well... I made the mobile order on 9/13/22, 5:49 PM, #: 10460932, Total amount of $7.89.
Edited without the girl’s name. Not worth getting...
Read moreOn June 6, 2025, at 11:00 am, the cashier who took our order was a woman in her late 20s to early 30s. She wasn’t very tall and was dressed in all black. This restaurant is one of my favorites—I usually come here at least once a week because it’s clean, friendly, and has a cheerful atmosphere.
However, this time, I had a somewhat disappointing experience. I was with two other groups of friends, and we came to catch up over a meal. When I went to pick up our order using the order number, my name was called loudly, but I didn’t realize it was for me at first. When they called again and I listened carefully, I was told to pick up the coffee. Since I use a cane and couldn’t carry two cups at once, I asked for a coffee carrier, which they gave me.
In another group, there were three elderly people. When they tried to order senior coffees, they were told only one senior coffee could be given. While I understand if that’s the restaurant policy, the way it was communicated was neither kind nor respectful. It made us uncomfortable.
We didn’t come here just to eat—we came to enjoy a pleasant time together. Unfortunately, this visit left us with a sense of disappointment. I’ve never had an experience like this here before, but today...
Read moreI was very shocked and disappointed this time with CFA! We choose them for our Firm's Breakfast event because of Chick-Fil-A's excellent customer service and attention to detail, however this was not the experience I had this morning. I placed the order on 02/10 for pickup today 02/14 at 6:30AM. When I arrived a few minutes after my designated pickup time of 6:30, I was able to grab the coffee and condiments I ordered, but not the 29 biscuit breakfast combos I ordered, they started to put my order together and assemble the food once I arrived, even though I was very specific about the pick up time I designated. Additionally, though I asked for the order to be bagged separately, with a biscuit/fruit cup/hashbrown in each bag, that was fully ignored as I was given all the items in large bags and had to ask for 26 individual bags to correct the mistake (I also asked for 26 and was given barely 21). Additionally, the two plain buttered biscuits I ordered along with 27 chicken biscuits were just not included at all. Overall I was very very surprised as typically CFA is a great choice but really was not...
