I want to share a story of the disappointment of the year. I should say that 2 days before I had an international flight and I was having jet lag that day. Right after work, I had to drive to the airport to pick up my family after the long flight. Since it was already evening, I realized that I wouldn't have a chance to dine it anywhere I decided to order some food to go and pick it up on the way to the airport. This is how the story begins.
On Thursday, August 15 at 6.35 pm I made an online purchase #214529t. As you can see I paid $22.71. It took me about 35 minutes to get to the ATL PHO and I expected my order to be ready, but it was not. The lady at the reception looked very confused once I said that I was there to pick up my order. She said that she only just noticed on her phone that my order had come through and asked me if I could wait for another 10 minutes until it was ready. I was rushing to the airport at that time and told her to cancel it and proceed with the refund option. I was about to turn away to my car, but she said that it may take about 5-7 days to get my refund back and offered me a cash option. I was highly unsatisfied but agreed to take the money from her. It's funny but once I left I got a text message that my order was confirmed at 7:14 pm. The next day got another text message at 6:24 pm that my order was ALMOST READY. Wow. I also decided to count the money she gave me, it was easy since It was the only cash in my wallet and it was $19.75.
So here are multiple reasons why it's a 1-star review. If you guys can't properly handle online orders - don't do so. I wasted my time and gas to get to your place, you still owe me $2.96 which was my 15% tip to you, and was not able to eat dinner till 9.30 pm that day. I highly don't recommend visiting or placing any purchases online at ATL PHO.

Read moreI bought Pho from here bc I’m a major pho lover who loves to try different locations as often as possible. I luv pho in norcross is the closest location to my parents. In the past I had good experiences until today that caused them to lose my business and for the managers unprofessional mannerism that caused me to ditch there BOOGER looking beef meat that was presented to me in my meal order. After years of experiences meals with pho I immediately knew the meat was not right in any way. It looked super thin but also it was majorly the fat of the meat. Yuck! The manager tried to convince me that it was quality meat but I knew better. He spoke to me as if I never eaten the food of their nationality or have any other experience with this type of meal. I was very upset and was refunded the cash but after a long day all I wanted was a meal to eat. I left with no arguments- but they definitely lost my business for life even after being the closest location for travel. I have found a new location that was absolutely fantastic in every way and the services was impeccable at ATL PHO. They saw the video and immediately assured me that the meal I recorded was not the good food they would represent as their national quality meal. Friends, take the effort and don’t go there. Drive a little bit longer and get a meal that will convince you their business is worth the drive. Thanks for reading! -Sal...
Read moreI have visited ATL Pho twice. I enjoyed the food the first time and decided to visit again to purchase a large order for family. When I arrived home I noticed that the egg rolls that were supposed to be included with my meals were missing. I called ATL Pho and was told that I could come back and pick up the missing rolls. I received a call back saying that I needed to bring my order back so that they could make a completely new order because everything is prepackaged. I asked if I could just have the egg rolls and I didn’t need my order remade. I was told that I would have to pay for rolls even though ATL Pho didn’t include them. I was disappointed that after spending almost $60 on food, I was being asked to go through all these extra steps for $7 worth of egg rolls that they forgot to include. I was hoping that ATL Pho would be a family favorite. Due to the size of our family we spend approximately $60 - $150 each visit but after this experience we will find a better place to support. If they offer egg rolls separately on the menu, it doesn’t make sense to require a customer that had already started eating to bring food back so they can remake the order because meals are...
