Tall skinny white guy, Christian I believe was his nameā¦. Needs to learn some customer service skills or get a different job that doesnāt involve dealing with the public. Went up to the counter to purchase a hat for my son and a sports bra for my daughter. The hat was clearly marked as 40% off and the sports bras (ALL) of them on the back wall were discounted to 29.99. I know all of them were because my daughter and I looked through them to find her correct size. My daughter happened to pick the one that didnāt have a sale tag on it. I figured ok, they will just match the price at the counter. WRONG!! Christian brought back a sports bra almost identical to the one my daughter picked out, hung both of them up in the air and very loudly began telling us the differences in bras and saying that āitās only $10 more.ā Quite embarrassing as this store is always packed full of people and not to mention, it was completely unnecessary to speak for everyone to hear. Christian also refused to honor the 40% off for my sonās hat after even confirming that hats do qualify as equipment. The cashier associate was do uncomfortably rude and disrespectful and nosey to say the least. We had a situation where my brother had saw two pairs of shoes that were on sale and had the price mark down to $100 and they each were ringing up for $200, so my little brother had told him this in a different language that wasn't English and the cashier associate said "Don't lie, don't lie to him like that", meaning calling my little brother a liar over a price markdown he saw! She obviously knew the language and decided to criticize and disrespect my 14 year old brother! Versus helping my father and making sure that the correct markdown was reflected and simply ignored my little brother's comments/requests about the incorrect price, disrespected a minor and continued. Mind you, this was a MINOR! A CHILD! This type of behavior should be condemned as Nike's values and mission are not aligned with what we encountered at this Nike location. I didnāt want to drive the whole two hours to exchange them when I noticed but I came back a week later to the date as I was going to be camping with friends in the area. I grabbed the next half size up and after waiting in line I was told I was going to have to pay the $15 difference since the shoes were no longer on sale. The lady āhelpingā me easy extremely rude when dealing with me and got even snottier when I told her I was not going to pay $15 for the next half size up in the same shoe and wanted my money back....
