Hidden Gems Rock Shop By The Jewelry Connection — Attraction in Lincoln

Hidden Gems is an apt name. I lived nearby for ages and never knew it existed, and when I first walked in I was blown away. Incredible selection of material from fossils to lapidary slabs to shaped cabochons and loads more. Beautiful shop, well organized, tons of gorgeous mature plants to appreciate.

Ask about the lapidary class! The instruction is a perfect combination of demonstration, hands-on help, and freedom to work on your own projects.

Family owned and run, super friendly people who will happily chat about all things rock related. The strip mall looks a little skeezy but don’t let that stop you from visiting.

I stumbled across this fantastic store while shopping in the area and was pleasantly surprised by the quaint charm and friendly folks found within.

After speaking with Corey while browsing his inventory, he impressed me with his encyclopedic knowledge and willingness to teach as he patiently identified and explained the oddities of each gem and mineral that I asked about.

Jayne was extremely kind and generous as well, as she provided excellent advice on how to polish and care for the items that I purchased.

I thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the entire experience, looking forward to visiting again...

If you believe in aura I wouldn't give any aura to these crystals they're selling. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was a customer in this plaza at family dollar. And the police was called on me by a an older white woman after no interaction whatsoever with her. Thank fully the police handled the situation very well. Thank you to Lincoln PD for being respectful to me during this misunderstanding. Thank you for the reply. But It was a cold night and well the experience was still a little traumatizing because I was detained by the police....
