Accurate diagnostics so he does not sell you more than what you really need to be fixed. I have been going to Cesar's for over 15 years since he worked with someone else. Had a Ford Explorer 1991 and his boss told me to get rid of the car and he would give me $500 for it ... I let Cesar take care of it and he kept it running for another ... 13 years!!!! ...Also if something doesn't go as expected he will take a second look till is working right ... a lot of experience!!! ... How he now takes care of my Chevy Trailblazer LS 2004 ... Great service!!!
