I never do food reviews but this was my first time trying Jamaican food and the experience was spectacular!!!!! I'm not too familiar with this cuisine so I ordered the jerk chicken since this seems to be one of the most common Jamaican dishes and I was not disappointed. I'm of Peruvian nationality so I wasn't sure what kind of seasoning or spices to expect and it definitely was something completely different from what I'm used to. With that being said everything tasted delicious!!! The jerk chicken came with rice and peas, plantains and cabbage. Everything was absolutely delicious. I only came in because I was tired of the usual food I get around here and I'm so glad I did. Not only was the food excellent the service was just as good. The young girl at the register was very nice and the lady that came out the kitchen was also very sweet. They asked me if I wanted gravy over my rice and I said yes except I didn't know which gravy to put on it. The sweet lady recommended I put the ox tail gravy over it and I'm so glad I did. I almost said to put the jerk gravy since I wasn't sure if mixing gravies was a good idea but the ox tail gravy was out of this world. I asked for hot sauce and she even asked if I wanted the regular americanized hot sauce or if I wanted the real deal homemade hot sauce. Of course I went with the homemade and again I'm so glad I did. It was spicy but I would've liked it even more spicy. The place looked clean the service was fast and both persons who attended me are super kind. I definitely will be back to try something else as this place left me intrigued to try different things. Amazing food 🤤🤤🤤🤤 I drive trucks and I'm a VERY VERY picky food eater especially when it comes to my Jamaican food. I was born and raised in Jamaica, ok and most of these places that say they offer "authentic Jamaican food".... It's not always the case. Because I'm such a picky eater the ladies at the front allowed me to taste what I wanted to buy (this is not customary which I understand). Seconds later I got my taste, and the rest was history lol. This place reminds me of my aunts restaurant she had in Montego bay. I just had to leave a review before I walked out these doors. I don't even leave reviews!!!

When the jerk is actually cooked in a legit jerk pan, den guess what? This means they know exactly what they are doing ok?

DO NOT SECOND GUESS try for yourself but I'm sure you'll love it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The cheesy patties are just mouth watering to say the least. Smh, I'm just in awe to be honest. It's really good flavor filled food, good relaxed vibes. Show this new business the attention it deserves. Not even a year old, but the experience behind the pots and pans... PEAK man.
