Kohl's — Attraction in Linden

Today July first 2017 I just had the worst experience in my entire life going for the first time to the kohls store 1256 in linden nj, as I was finishing paying my shopping of $150.00 with my mom who spend $100.05 and my aunt who also spent $95.00 we were on the way out of the store, the alarm at the door went on and a very rude man stopped us demanding to open my purse, which I think that was very disrespectful and denigrant to ask to a customer just because the alarm went on, he insisted to open my purse I went back thought the alarm machine by myself with my purse and it Did not make no sound because I guess it was something on the bag of all the things I got, he went back with the bag and the sound went on, the "security" didn't even apologize for the terrible moment he made me thought, his name was MEAL or NIL they did not wanted to give me his last name because it was too long and they didn't even know how to pronounce it, the manager who's name is Kevin Witte or White, was there present when I made the complaint about how terrible they were treating me he didn't say a word and the only thing he said was, OH! HE IS DOING HIS JOB. This is a terrible experience for any individual citizen from the USA. and I want to let you know that since you have recording of all the mistreated, I will talk to my attorney armor this...

I love kohl's with passion. They have the best product , quality stuff with a good and reasonable price. Unfortunately i had a terrible experince yesterday 11/13/21. I bought sneakers and it was too big, i need to replace with my exact size. Entring the store at 1900 linden nj. a guy aproach me with respect and a loving manner. He directed me to returns department. I met 2 guys at returns they told me is fine and one of them collected the return converse and lead me to shoes section. On coming back with the new shoe , i met a guy called brandon, this guy is so disrespecful and rude. I dont know why kohls will have someone like him in the team. His manners of aproach was worst. He told me i dont bring shoes that i should go away. The guy i first met that directed me to returns felt so bad about brandon act. He was trying to tell brandon and explain to him brandon asked him to get out of here, i felt so bad for the guy. Atfer a while brandon found where the other 2 guys kept the shoes i brought. All this while, I only heard about how exceptionally big kohl’s stores are. And today during my visit to Kohl’s Linden what I noticed is that it's a messy store like Macy's. I was here only for a quick in-store pick up which undoubtedly was quick so I thought of checking out the store and what's it like in here. First thing I love their shopping carts, my kiddo was super happy riding in the cart as the given space in the front allow them to enjoy the ride while looking at everything around. Secondly The Store no doubt is huge and fulfills nearly all the requirements from a newborn baby to all the adults and apparently is the most unorganized stores that I've been to. Or to phrase it better I should say some areas seems to be completely untouched and all tidy up but the kid's section was totally messy. All the toys were scattered and I could see some of the boxes were torn and their pieces were out of place.
