I’ve loved wilbur chocolate for years. Last year (2021) I was going through my grandma’s things and she happened to have an old box from a trip many years ago. Seeing the box brought me right back to the memories of going to the factory and trying the delicious chocolate. I immediately had to google search to check if you were still around. To my delight you were and I immediately ordered 2 bags of milk chocolate buds. Shared one bag with my family and we all agreed it hasn’t changed and we need to make another trip back soon. I’ve since bought many more bags of the milk chocolate and semi sweet (my boyfriend absolutely loves it and he’s not a huge fan of sweets) these are the only chocolates that don’t make my stomach and teeth ache after eating a handful. I love how quickly you guys ship out as well. I ordered the chocolate 2 days ago and it showed up today just in time for me to head to work with a sandwich bag full for my coworkers to try. Needless to say my coworkers are now obsessed as much as I am. I truly can’t rave enough about the quality of chocolate. Sure it’s a little pricey but I’d rather spend more and get quality chocolate than buy...
Read moreAug 12, 2023---My sister and I recently visited Lititz, PA, which is absolutely lovely, and “dared” to go into Wilbur Chocolate Retail Store. We had been to Wilbur Chocolate many years ago. Fabulous chocolate!! I am very fussy about chocolate and buy chocolate only from other countries that specialize in chocolate. However, Wilbur Chocolate is now my #1 go-to chocolate! It is "sooo smooth and creamy" and of course delicious. It melts in your mouth. Originally, the retail store was part of its huge factory and actually was located across the street. (A brand new Hilton Hotel is built there now, but they repurposed the original brick factory and converted it into a luxury hotel and condos keeping the name "Wilbur Chocolate" prominently displayed. Great move by the township. We will be ordering from their website (and already have) until we can visit in person again. Thank you Wilbur Chocolate for continuing your business. Marianne Brody (P.S.: A note to a previous review--Cargill did buy Wilbur, but the chocolate factory was relocated elsewhere in...
Read moreEven if you hate chocolates (which, who could possibly?? 😄) this place is EPIC!! Some of the BEST AMERICAN CHOCOLATE I HAVE EVER HAD!! And I KNOW chocolate: have tried it from all over the world (Japanese, Portuguese, and Belgian are among my top faves!) But Wilbur's has something for everyone, much more available here than just their award winning chocolate!! I am a huge fan of the peanut butter meltaways, and maple nut creams! They aren't exactly cheap, but I will confirm you DEF get your money's worth! You can even watch through the glass windows to experience the chocolate making process! They also sell a variety of local sauces, honeys, nuts, etc, if chocolate isn't your thing. Plenty of parking, but it is often full, if that tells you anything about their reputation! 😉 So recommend going early to avoid the afternoon crowds! You're welcome! 😁 (Also: sorry Hershey, but Wilbur's Buds make your kisses taste like wax... I can never go back to Kisses again after having...
